Bed Bath & Beyond Corporate Headquarters

Reading all these complaints about BBB makes me sad because this store used to carry quality goods and was customer oriented. Many years ago maybe in the very late 60's I worked in a store that they opened in Hartsdale N.Y.. It was probably one of the first store fronts. It was in a strip mall. It was called just Bed And Bath then. I have seen it grow through the years and how sad it is that they have ended their reputation on these notes . All good things come to an end.

I loved bbb in jcnj...the workers were polite and helpful! The store itself was pretty well stocked. Once I tried to buy something on sale and they searched everywhere and finally found what i needed in Puerto Rico...they had it delivered to the jcnj store even though it took some time, I still got the sale price!!! I'm really missing that store🥰

Ordered comforter and within 50 minutes it was cancelled. Two emails to orderinquiry@bedbath got no response. Called customer service was told someone would get back to me in 48 hrs. Did not happen. Did a “chat” and was told someone would get in touch in 48 hrs. Nothing. A second chat…guess what ….nothing again. Called corporate office to file complaint, connection was bad!,, really?

I purchased the beyond plan for the year. This was a special where you get a gift card for the purchase price. Well I never got the gift card for 29.00 so I called. So what did the bimbo answering the phone do, she credited my credit card for $29.00 voiding my beyond plan for the year. During this pandemic it is painful to call this and a lot of businesses on the phone to get a problem resolved. Where do they get these people that answer the phone.

I just worked with Tiffany V. at your Rio Grande NJ store. She was incredibly efficient, making suggestions and adjusting my order repeatedly to keep me at my price point for a registry purchase. She came within dollars of that price point, applied coupons, and continued a pleasant conversation with me. I understand from the assistant manager that she has been with the store for 8 years. I hope someone with this skill set is considered for management opportunities. Thank you, Tiffany, a pleasure working with you.

Since the new CEO Mark Trtton was hired I have seen a real difference in the stores I frequent. The store is more organized and the products are fantastic. I have always been able to find everything i need for my house very easily. The staff are very helpful. My online experience is better than it use to be. I love to shop at this store. and online.

Store 623 in Frankfort IL is awesome! They have frienndly and courteous people! Kyla, Grace and mgr Karyn gave great customer service in the store!

Yesterday I went to store #464 in Raleigh, NC. The woman who waited on me could not have been more helpful. I do appreciate the time and attention she gave to me and my search. Her name is Emily Ezuma and I do hope others will appreciate her effort.

I shop today in the Lady Lake Florida store and a lovely lady named CRISS was so helpful in the pillow section I wasn't sure what I wanted but I knew what I didn't want she went over several of the pillows and then explained about a pillow called Tri Cool which I had never heard of. It felt wonderful and exactly what I was looking for and I purchased it it was such a pleasure shopping in bed bath and beyond today it was someone every corner to answer your questions someone to help you with anything you were looking for and there so many choices it's a store I shop for just about everything I can get thank you bed bath and beyond it's a pleasure shopping at your store and thank you Criss you're an asset to that store Lynn Lake

Jecka the customer service representative was knowledgeable and helped me with retroactively applying my discount!!! My experience on line coupon application was not great but calling the corporate headquarters in Union NJ won me over!!!!

I got so much free stuff.

A company that does not deserve to die!

Everyone in their traffic department are absolutely great to work with.
