Allison V Maher ARNP is an absolute God send!!! She is so understanding and passionate with her patients. She gets things done!!! Best by far I've ever had in this practice since Dr Richard Spalding retired.

Dr. Jones is the most amazing Dr. I have ever come across. He actually listens to you and analyzed what my medicine complaint was before throwing a bottle of pills at me. I’ve been with him for a few years. He feels like family.

Just started here last year and love it. I’ve never been a fan of doctors offices but I’m always in and out in a reasonable time and the doctors and staff are always great!

Theresa Holland APRN and her ancillary staff were phenomenal! Theresa is by far the best provider I’ve ever had. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients, listens patiently to my health concerns, and is incredibly knowledgeable about pharmacology and disease processes. I moved further away but still come to see her at this clinic due to how wonderful her care is. Highly recommend.

I came in here about two weeks ago and have been meaning to do a review because I was beyond happy with my level of care here. The wait times are long but they just give you a call when you’re up to be seen. Walk in to get your name taken down and head back out to the car / outside to wait. Previous reviews really worried me and kept me from coming here for a few days! The blonde lady in the front was so kind and the NP I saw was awesome. The MAs that got me into my room and took vitals were also amazing. Just all around I was very happy and wanted to make sure that I left this review because all of these negative reviews were not reflected during my visit

We recently switched doctors due to ours of over 16 years retiring. Dr Jones and his staff were very helpful, friendly and caring. They took the time to sit with us and review my husbands extensive history and current concerns. They treated us with respect and courtesy. They seemed to really care. We were very impressed. After 5 tries with different physicians we finally founs the right one for us. Thank you Dr Jones, Audrey and the rest of the staff!!

When I changed my PC, I asked for someone that would "actually listen" to me. They set me up with Ms Laura Golden, who is an absolute ANGEL. She not only takes the time to listen to me, but, she explains things to me so that I can understand them.
The staff is very nice and everyone there seems to care about you as an individual, not as a number.
I have been truly blessed by changing to Norton's in Jeffersonville.

We recently switched doctors and are now going to Norton Medical Associates and our new Dr is Dr Handel Jones. Our experience so far has made my husband and I very pleased and we would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new Dr.

If there are other options to you, please go to somewhere else. The wait times CAN be long sometimes, CERTAIN staff members are rude but not all, and SOME of the doctors might accidentally kill you, for example. My husband, Type 1 diabetic since 2013 and has been coming here every so often for checkups and what not. Dr. Leona Stephens gave him a new prescription, a "Weekly" long-lasting insulin shot instead of his usual "daily" long lasting. The weekly shot was good for 3 weeks. Dr. Stephens advised to take the whole insulin pen every week, my husband asked are you sure? There's 3 specific lines on the insulin tube? Dr. Stephen said yes. My husband pulled out the instructions for this insulin to make her realize she has no idea what's going on. When he left she told him to have a good day, nothing about following up or making another appointment or anything. Also they always, always change his test strip prescriptions every single prescription, we never know how many it will be for and the insurance usually rejects it or can't fill it until a certain date. This location can make you want to punch everyone in the throat, but you know that's illegal so you don't. Now you're just angry all the time because nothings going right and your husbands chugging orange juice because he can't check his sugar because the staff are inconsistent. But some visits are ok! Like once!

too much delay, they say 1 hour and you can spend 3 hours waiting. waiting time is too long. I'm not coming back here.
