I brought my wedding band and engagement ring to be resized. After 25 years, my engagement ring needed some repairs. Gary did an AMAZING job on both rings! I am so happy with how they fit and look. Gary also fixed them very quickly. I dropped them off on Saturday, and they were ready by Tuesday. I highly, highly recommend Hawthorne Jewelry.

Went during store hours. Rang the bell twice, no one answered.

The work done here is impeccable. That being said I find Gary to be misleading and overpriced. I bought a watch in for an estimate for a repair, an estimate! A few days later I get a call telling me that I need to come in and bring a deposit in for the repair. you don't do that. I find this to be rather deceiving, I'm a contractor as well and unless I have a written agreement after accepting a bid/estimate after I've given the estimate I don't demand money form my clients. I'll never use this business' services again.
