NDO Sports Training

My son plays hockey and has been going to NDO twice a week for a few months now. The off ice training they provide has been a great complement to his usual on ice training with his team. NDO uses cool technology-based activities to run assessments on agility, speed, strength, etc. that provide a baseline report for when athletes start NDO training. This report is super helpful to see which areas he excels in and which areas need more improvement. Then they do reassessments after some time to mark an athlete's progress which is great to see. My son goes with a group of his teammates so they actually have fun too! I highly recommend NDO!

Coaches Will and David gave my son and his teammates some great workouts. I saw within weeks a great improvement in their hand-eye coordination and reaction time. They will have their players leagues ahead of everyone else. A definite must for parents of aspiring collegiate and professional athletes.

This place is great! One of the few places my son looks forward to going to. Awesome team competition & comraderie. Many different exercises so that the boys don't lose focus!! Keep up the good work ... looking forward to working out all Winter!!

NDO is a great facility that truly works hard to train athletes up to the next level. The facility is clean, spacious and they have top of the line equipment. They analyze you and pay close attention to detail so that you can focus on your areas of growth. I 100% recommend!

My 8 yr old son has immediately and fantastically benefited from his NDO experience. I have seen the improvement in his sports from quickness and stop/start movement perspective.

I have been looking for something like this for my daughter for a long time. Nothing in the area dedicated to the development of hockey players using off ice techniques. We saw a marked improvement all around, and the best part is that she loves going there!!!!
