Pulse Pharmacy

Best pharmacy in the Bronx always helpful. If there’s ever a problem they call you and let you know, they even delivered my medicine when I couldn’t make it I’ve been going there since it opened and even with other drug stores closest to me I prefer Paulse pharmacy.

I went here for the first time and boy was I surprised by how helpful the cashier was. She saw me walk in and immediately asked to help me, then proceeded to walk me around the store showing me where everything I needed was. Talk about 5 star treatment. I'd definitely return here, love to support a local business with great customer service.

I have been filling my prescriptions at this pharmacy since they open and i cant begin to describe how great and satisfied i am with their customer service and their SALES PRICES... Their sales are a lot better than most of the other pharmacies and stores in the area...I COULD SAY IM A VERY HAPPY PATIENT & CUSTOMER AT PULSE PHARMACY.

We live all the way down near prospect park and these guys delivered and were flexible with when they would come and bring it. Very nice.

Tried to say my medication is 150$ so I had my doctor send it to walgreens and it came out to 47$... Owner called me to apologize and got it all straightened out for me fortunately.Its very close to home so its pretty convenient.

I cannot even begin to express how rude this staff is. I bought them my prescription on August 4th, they said the medication had to be ordered and will not be available, we expressed to them that I had just gotten surgery the day before so if the medication will be there the next day for sure, we will not mind. The next day (today, August 5th) my boyfriend called them since we had not heard from them and they tell him the medication did not arrive that we had to wait until the next day. So I decide to give them a call to inform them that I will need the prescription back to fulfill it with a different pharmacy since I need the medication ASAP because I'm in a lot of pain. His response? "You received the prescription on the 29th and NOWWWWW you're in a lot pain? Is not my fault you didn't bring it in when it was given to you!"

I couldn't even control my temper and not tell him how insolent and idiotic he is. Safe yourself the effort and do not bother to go there. I will make sure to report them everywhere possible!

never open on time, went 2 xs in one week, one time was late, then heard him say he needed to sleep in to his staff, it was 10 oclk in the morning! go there again, stayed 25 minutes ( today) and didnt show up, says open at 10. Was going to change pharmacy but i don't think so now.

This pharmacy charge for everything the medication that another pharmacy it could be $2 in this one that charge $5 and I think is not fear bc is a lot of old people’s that they don’t have the medication and they very rude the way they talk to the public
