What can I say, these guys know their craft!!! After trying, unsuccesfully, to fix the same problem in my 16-year old car with two other mechanics, and after talking to two more on the phone trying to figure it out, to no avail, I called this place - they told me they were booked for several days and had no openings - but I just barged in, because I was so desperate. Not only was my problem fixed beyond promptly and at a very reasonable cost, they also demostrated they truly care!
You got my business! My neighbor, who recommended that I call you, was absolutely right!

I have been bringing my cars to L&R for the past couple of years ever since my mechanic retired and all I can say is they are very honest and do good work. Peter is very nice and a pleasure to work with. I am very happy and relieved I found a shop I can trust.

I went to Leo and Ray as a second opinion after I was quoted +$1500 to fix my trunk at the dealership. Leo and Rays told me that they will look and try to figure out what is wrong with my truck and let me know if they can fix it. It ended up being just a low battery and repair cost me only $312. Leo and rays saved me over $1200 and I am very grateful for their honesty and integrity. Highest recommendation!

Very kind and trustworthy. Gave me an honest price and were able to diagnose the issue very quickly. Got my rack and pinion and brakes replaced in a day and works perfectly fine! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Great service at a great price. Had my car towed here when the fuel pump when out in NYC. They had me up and running in less than 48 hours. I believe one of the owners may have passed recently but the service offered is still stellar.

Amazing service from Peter! I brought in my van which had a tire pressure sign. I brought it in close to the end of the day, and I expected to have to leave my van overnight. To my surprise, within thirty minutes Peter was able to diagnose which pressure sensor was not right. I subsequently received a tax message that I can pick up my van. The charges were also very reasonable. I would prefer them over anyone!

Love the service from the new owners as much as I did from the last ones. The new guys are polite and work with you. They don't lie to you about things that don't work and fox things on time. Highly recommend them.

Best old school mechanic bar none! Honest and will not do the work unless absolutely necessary. Ray will tell you when a "Specialist" is needed. They maintain all six of my vehicles. Highly recommended.

I like this shop. They are honest and don't charge astronomical prices. Get AAA membership if you don't already have one, and have them tow the car here. He will diagnose the issue and take care of you no problem.

I had accidentally filled diesel in my car and needed it fixed ASAP. The gentlemen who worked on my car fixed it the day off. I normally do not go to auto shops because my dad is a mechanic. As it turns out, my dad had a hectic schedule that week, so I decided to give this place a shot. I am so glad that I found this place and it’s only a few blocks away from my house. Such a sweet man and I will definitely refer my friends to this shop. Thank you!

Ray is the most phenomenal mechanic that I have ever been to. I went to him off the recommendation of a friend, and he has been simply phenomenal. I have referred everyone I know to him because he is honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.
