Jack Daniels Kia Service Center

Last week I ended up having a major fuel leak in my 2016 Sorento. From the moment I called Jack Daniel’s Kia Service to let them know that I needed to tow the car there immediately, they were amazing and extremely accommodating. Sammy provided me with excellent and efficient service, kept me informed throughout the entire process of the repairs and gave me a loaner car to use in the meantime. Everyone that I dealt with — Sammy, Ana, Nick and the techs behind the scenes —are all friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They all deserve 10 stars!!

I have leased my fourth consecutive car here with salesman Will . Will is genuinely friendly and professional.. His honest and friendly business practice has been the deciding factor in having me return to this location.

All other sales representatives you may choose and managers you encounter will undoubtably show the same genuine character. I highly recommend this location.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a car service center for some much-needed maintenance on my vehicle, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. My service advisor, Brice, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all things related to car maintenance. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done to my vehicle and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. My service technician Jason was able to fix my car after having gone through many mechanics!! I would highly recommend this car service center to anyone in need of quality and reliable car maintenance. The level of customer service and expertise provided by Brice, Jason, and the rest of the staff was truly exceptional, and I am grateful for their assistance in getting my car back in top shape.

By far one the best customer service experience I've had in a long time.

Initially, I walked in without an appointment on a very early Tuesday morning assuming I'd be able to get a quick oil change but that was not the case. After Greeting me and learning I needed my first oil change I was quickly turned away by the female rep who explained to me that many other people have already booked service appointments ahead of me. I was so disappointed as I was certain that if I arrived early I would be seen. Besides I had other arrangements out of the area for the week so it was dire that I got an oil change that morning. I didn't know what to do and was in disbelief of my situation.

That's when this amazing young lady who overheard our conversation seated just behind the register counter over to the right of the service floor began inquiring about my situation and changed the entire outcome of my day. If it wasn't for her I would have gone through so much. She doesn't even know how much she helped me out that day.

I am forever grateful for her service and I will return to add her name to this review cause she deserves the recognition. She was personable, very reasonable, and went out of her way to speak with a repair service tech to squeeze me in between appointments for that oil change. Furthermore, I only waited for about 40min. Outstanding!

This was not my first encounter with her I've had a conversation with her on a prior encounter she is a very kind person.

This is a great service center. They are very professional and very honest. I went in to get some recalls taken care of and an oil change but I was a little worried I would have to deal with high pressure sales tactics. This could not have been farther from my experience. Every interaction I had was highly professional.

Someone comes out to greet you the moment you pull up. The technician records a video of the work they are going to do and the work that they recommend and sends it to you before doing. When I turned down some simple repairs I can do myself (light bulbs and an air filter) they didn't try to change my mind. They also fixed a part I had replaced a few months earlier that was still under warrenty at no cost to me.

They were very fast for all the work I needed done. I scheduled an appointment online but showed up an hour early, they still got to work on my car right away. I waited for my car but they have a shuttle service or provide loaner cars if you can't stay.

When im on the market for a car again I will definitely go to their dealership.

This past Friday was the first time I brought my car to this facility for regular maintenance. I was surprised that they had such late ours on a Friday, very convenient. Vinny my service representative was very polite, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Vinny even walked me back to my car and opened my car door for me, usually these days people are trying to close doors on you. The waiting area was very pleasant and offered bagels, muffins, other snacks and a refrigerator full of drinks. A+ all the way around.

Great experience my last visit. Marilyn, who checked me in, was thorough, friendly and helpful. Also spoke to Jackson who has me just about sold on getting into a new ride. Best service experience I've had in a long time.

Got my new Kia 2023 Sportage from Mario! I came in and within minutes I was test driving. Everything was so easy and I was able to get my dream car within my price range. 12/10 recommend going with Mario if looking for a car.

I cannot stress more the difference of night and day between this Kia dealership and those in the area. I have had nothing but negative experiences or below par experiences at both Nutley Kia and Fette Kia in Clifton.

I cannot speak highly enough about their service employee, Mark , or anyone that I had contact with throughout my recent trip due to a recall, engine issue.
Between the attention when you get there, the communication throughout the repairs, a loaner car being offered to me, which was used and needed, and transportation in need which was not needed but still awesome of them. They gave me text messages and even a video update of my repair showing my car, being provided by the technician. Although I do not meet him, it gave me peace of mind being he gave me a good overall look of my car and let me know what needed to be addressed.
I am a local guide with over a million views for reviews, and I do often review places, but I don't always look forward to giving the review. That was not the case here, as I could not wait to brag about and compliment Mark especially, and the attention I got at this establishment.
Highly recommended, so much show that I could reassure you that the professionalism carries over from Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, and Kia, which this dealer handles them all.
To the owner, let me tell you there is a stark contrast, and worthy praise to be had for your staff. This comes from someone who has frequented the two other dealers in the past 5 years, and always left with aggravation or lacking peace of mind. That is not the case here. Kudos to you guys

They gave me loaner car to use for about 1 week while my '16 Kia Optima was in their shop. Part needed for the job took a bit longer/shipping delay.Service Rep, James did a good job and service performed on the car, I think, is also good. The 2 Front Desk gals were very receptive and nice. Overall 5 stars.

I had a great experience. Mark L and the front desk are so efficient, kind, and professional. They said the repair would take about 2 hours and it took less time. They offered me a ride home, the driver who took me home was also very pleasant. They kept me up to date with everything. Overall amazing experience and customer service here!
