Our kitchen faucet stopped working. While I typically do small repair work myself I thought it might be better to have something like this examined and repaired/replaced by a professional.
I am super happy I did and feel very fortunate to have found the gentlemen from Green Apple. They answered the phone when I called, asked some questions, let me know they could come to my home in the afternoon to assess the problem. They quoted a $75 fee to come to the house which I thought was more than fair. They called when they were on the way, they took their time to make sure to assess the issue properly and provided me with a fair price to install a new unit. Their work was clean, they repaired a couple of related problems, changed out a hose that was leaking, reinstalled the water filter - all in a very timely manner. The gentlemen were friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend them/their company for any work they advertise on their site. Super satisfied and feel like I made a really good choice in hiring them.

Had a main water valve leak which was going to flood out my basement. Quick repair but was costly. I do appreciate them coming and staying to handle the situation so I am grateful. Cost was $600 to replace my brass valve w a ball joint valve.

I waited almost a month to write a review and our AC is working great and we have recommended to friends in Garfield. We called for emergency service, got a quote right away, and Dean came two hours after the call. He did a great job and gave us an affordable price for the issue we had which he fixed that same time frame he checked was wrong. The AC started working right away and has been doing good since. Highly recommend this service, thank you for helping us during those urgent times.

I can't say enough good things about Green Apple Mechanical and Dean especially. The blower in my new AC unit has failed. Scheduled an appointment in the morning and Dean showed up in the evening. He was very thorough, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Next day he replaced burned motor and gave me a few valuable tips. Great service and very fast response time.

Love these guys. They did my air conditioner one summer and it was hot out and they came here and fixed within a hour. And it wasn’t aggressively priced.
Then they came during the winter freeze to help with my heater and diagnosed the problem as too much water and charged me the minimum service call. Again. They could have tried to tell me all kinds of stuff and charged me double. And I still would’ve wrote a great company. Honesty and integrity are the key here. If you can trust a home improvement company. You’ll be a customer for life. Which I will be. Thanks boys.

Great Experience! I made an appointment the day of and the technician arrived on time. The technician diagnosed the problem, but didn't have the part in stock. He came back the next day and fixed any issues I had with the central air system. He was professional, courteous, super helpful and the price was fair. I'll recommend this service to family and friends in the area.

I was kind of hesitated at the first, but this guy is very good actually.
Not only he did a thorough check on my boiler (low water level issue), but also he adjust and fix stuff along the process of the examination.
I would say, his most important characteristics being one of so many professionals in this area, is his honesty.
Honesty makes business goes a long way. I can tell he is honest because the other heating companies' technicians who I had experienced with are not honest! Look, sometimes as a technician, you may fool your clients and made him to pay for the repair that is not needed and not necessary. But once they found out the technician lied to him, the clients will walk away from the business forever.
This guy is honest and experienced, very reasonable, and very rational, and no bullshiting.

Dean proved to be a godsend during a recent cold snap involving a furnace breakdown on a Sunday. The first company that was able to respond provided a repair estimate that on its face seemed exorbitant, prompting us reluctantly, given the frigid circumstances and the pressing need to avoid further delay, to get a second estimate. We tried Green Apple, and Dean quickly arrived at an estimate that was only half as large as the other company's. After our grateful go-ahead, he executed the job with admirable dispatch and a pleasant professionalism throughout, answering all our questions with alacrity and volunteering some helpful advice regarding our furnace and air conditioning. Strongly recommended.

AC just stopped working. The compressor died at 7pm today. Reached out to green Apple they picked up and had a tech out in 25 mins. Tech arrived was very professional and diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. Had my unit up and running within an hour. I truly appreciate the service. Very fast professional work from Amro and his team. My hot water tank went bad and within minutes of a phone call he came and quickly replaced it. They even disposed of the hot water tank. Out of all plumbers I've contacted he was the only person who seemed serious and was not dodging the job.

Green Apple Mechanical technician changed faucet in our kitchen and installed instant hot. He came on time, was very polite and did a very good job. HE also put his company sticker with phone number so if we need them again, we can call without looking phone number somewhere else. The most important thing is labor cost was much cheaper than other companies estimated us. I would definately hire them again if we need any work around our house. Thanks again for the wonderful job.

They arrived right on time and finished the job quickly. They even noticed a problem that wasn't related to the issue we had (something to do with our main water pipe) and fixed it on the spot. If they didn't catch that it could of cost us about $10 to $15 thousand to repair. I highly recommend them. Very fair prices as well.

The service technician Amro was very polite and very reasonable with the price for the repair work. Came out late around 8pm and was all finished by 10pm. Replaced my kitchen faucet repaired 2 leaks I had underneath the kitchen sink. I highly recommend.
