Great service, Carlos was kind and helpful and easy to work with. Stayed on point and helped us find what we want and did not push any type of sale, really worked with our needs and wants. The type of sales person who works with the customer. Ask for Carlos he will help you find your style if Bob's Furniture has it.

I absolutely love my sofa, it’s the best one I’ve ever purchased! It’s so comfortable and huge that I don’t even need to pull out the sleeper! Plus my sales person Steven was awesome!

Very quick. No pressure purchase of loveseat. We needed to replace a love seat. The salesman, Mo I think. Introduced himself. Asked what we wanted.pointed us in right direction and let us be. We found exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with his help. Will arrive in few weeks. Delivery very reasonable.Grabbed ice cream and we're home for lunch. We have a previous bobs set in our family room. We realized it's over 20 years old. So look forward to this addition.

We went in there expecting to spend the next two hours or so wandering around the store, trying to find some thing we liked. The exact opposite happened! Lilly greeted us at the door and asked us what we needed and guided us to the perfect bedroom set and mattress. We were all done and had our delivery scheduled in only 30 minutes. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process painless. Highly recommend her and will definitely be giving her a call for any furniture we need in the future!

Came here with my wife for furniture. As we walk in tanvir greeted us , ask if we needed help. We walked the entire store because we wasn’t unsure what to the purchase.This guy made us feel comfortable. Told us to take our time. Didn’t seen annoyed by all the questions we had, we kept changing our mind in what furniture to buy. got us the best deals. Treated us like family with a lot respect and professionalism. Love Paramus store! As soon as walk into the store, the sales representatives greet you. Elvis is my favorite and he is the best sales representative! He truly understands his Hispanic customers. I been to this store twice. I always bring my mom and sister with me! They love coming here. My mom and I have made 2 big purchases in the past year. Talking to Elvis feels like talking to a family member. He is so honest, professional, and patient. My mom doesn’t speak English, but thankfully Elvis does. He took the time to answer all of my mom’s questions. We had such a great shopping experience! Thank You Elvis!

The gentlemen who assisted me (Elvis)was Awesome! It is a great feeling to receive great customer service. Some sales people walked pass me nit offering any assistance. My friend had a great experience with Elvis and asked for him. Didn't hear to go there on black Friday to get s great deal. Also liked the fact that the showroom is organized by furniture type and not brand. So all dining room furniture is in one area . We went to s competitor and had to walk the entire showroom looking for dining room furniture .

Had such a great 1st experience at Bob’s, everyone was very welcoming especially our sales rep Gia. She was honest, pleasant, and patient with us. Went above and beyond with her attention. Our kids loved the cafe. Definitely going back to get more furniture at this location.
