Juany's Cafe & Grill

Driving aimlessly looking for a place to eat and the lights on the window call our attention. We found parking right in-front and came on in. Ordered guacamole, super fresh and as main course Latin bowl, it had me at maduros…nothing else to say…look at our bowls…would recommend and will be back!!

Wow, what an amazing restaurant. My husband and I loved it and we were delighted with the delicious homemade food. The empanadas were incredible and our main plates were excellent. I wished I knew about this place earlier.
All the food is homemade and very fresh.

I didn’t realize but because we got the breakfasts the ice tea was $2 off which was good. The homemade hibiscus ice tea was amazing. The flavor was so good and it was not too sweet. They put strawberries in it which was a nice touch. And also gave us complimentary fruit cups!!

The food was super high quality. The Mexican breakfast dish I got was delicious. The beans were amazing, the chorizo had a great flavor and was not spicy. Loved the grilled cheese and the tortillas they provide. Also had slices of avocado and I got scrambled eggs. My husband got the shrimp tacos which had a spicy sauce on it that he loves. And my friend got the hue is rancheros and also like it.

The waitress was super nice. I love that they have outdoor tables. It’s a very casual and comfortable environment. One downside is they don’t have tap water. So you need to buy a bottle of water for 2.25 or one of the other drinks.

Tried this place for a birthday brunch today. Just wow! Everything was super fresh and it’s not your run of the mill menu. Eclectic twists on traditional brunch items that were on point. The spicy shrimp with grits were exceptional. The staff was super attentive and knowledgeable.I will definitely be back!

This is one of the best restaurants in Bergen County. I have no idea how I never have to wait long to get here, but I hope not too many people find out about it! The food is incredible. You can taste the love and care they put into its preparation. Brunch is the norm here but I just had the dinner and it did not disappoint. Already planning my next visit.

owners are super attentive and kind you can tell they are working hard and trying their best, food is super yummy. There is a wait time for food but the owner explained to us that everything is homemade and made by order they come in so it is understandable and unless you want the bad food that comes with quick service this place is def worth the wait. Everything tastes fresh and made with effort and care. Homemade/handmade chips were brought with the guac which was amazing. The homemade drinks were so good, the iced coffee is some of the best we’ve had and they accommodate to the sweetness level and all. Totally recommend this place to all.

My real estate office is nearby so decided to have a late breakfast here. Cute place with a nice mix of of items to eat.. Nice little selection of vegetarian options too!

i just moved here from CA and decided to check out this place and it was delicious and staff was very nice!

Came her for lunch during work. Parking was easy. Service was quick. We went for taco Tuesday and I ordered buffalo shrimp tacos. It came with 3 for 9.99. They were delicious! Not too spicy and very flavorful. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and the portion was perfect. No complaints at all.

Great food every time my family and I go. There are vegetarian options and a lot of variety of types of food.

First time trying Juany’s and we will definitely be coming back!! The staff was very nice and super quick with service. We ordered the fully loaded huevos rancheros, one with the pork and one with the spicy chicken and both were amazing!! The iced coffee was also some of the best I’ve ever had!

A beautiful small restaurant/bakery on busy street of Fairlawn, serving exceptionally tasty food.

We went to Juany for Saturday lunch around noon. We got seats right away as it wasn’t busy at that point. There’s a small parking lot as well as street parking available (st parking free on weekends). Inside the restaurant, they check temperatures and make sure everyone have sanitized their hands. Each table is separated by curtain dividers for customer safety.

Their menu have decent variety of items. We ordered chicken quesadilla, streak with eggs and shakshuka. Items came within few minutes. They serve all items in to-go containers. All items tasted extremely delicious, but the Shakshuka stole the show for me. It was one of the best I have had in a while. It was creamy, full of tomato jest, and some sprinkle of cheese with two sunny side eggs just made it heavenly. From now on, if I crave for Shakshuka, Juany would be where I’d go.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They made sure we are having an excellent dining experience. We were really excited to have found this restaurant as a brunch/lunch option.

I discovered this place while working in the area and I am so happy that I did. The food is amazing it's Mexican/ Peruvian which are my two fave. The service is as good as the food. I will be coming here more often when I'm in the area. Support a great small business!

Absolutely amazing place! Staff is so warm and welcoming. Natalia was our server and she was wonderful! She offered recommendations and checked on us often. Ros was there to help us too, she was so sweet! Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Definitely a must try!

Super and its in Fair Lawn, what a treat l. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. One side of the cafe was packed and the second side, starting to get packed as well. For Fair lawn to have a restaurant cafe like the one we do, we can put our hands together for an applause. So many companys have come and gone, but with much luck we hope this one stays..❤

Pictured is the shrimp and grits, it’s a weekend brunch special. Definitely the best thing we ordered. The French toast was also amazing!

Upon returning from LA, I must have still had a taste for Mexican because pictures of the food at Juany's drew me in. I ordered the breakfast chimichanga and all I have to say is whoever concocted the it is a true artist. The melody of fried potatoes, eggs, onions, spices, and chorizo wrapped in that soft wrap is beyond what I was expecting. The presentation of the food is also immaculate. They offer an awesome value.

I also had a bite of my boyfriend's Jersey burger and it was awesome.

Our waitress was also very pleasant and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

You will not be disappointed Juany's is the place to go for brunch! Pictured is Huevos Divorciados. One is made with green sauce and the other red sauce. But let's talk about the steak!!! Marinaded to perfection! Service was friendly and on point. Also ordered orange juice, which was fresh squeezed btw and coffee which was also delish. I will be coming back! And you should definitely go! Go now!
