I came to empty out my unit but it was too much for one day so I renewed my lease instead. Kirk in the office was extremely helpful helping me navigate changes in my payment and getting my unit door open.
Service was great. Rent is too high for me.

My unit is clean and bright. It was simple to reserve and super easy to access. Keith #1983 was very helpful to me on move in day, facilitating the process and making the experience a pleasure. Keith is always a friendly, familiar face when we come to the unit.

I had the pleasure of working with Keith to find the perfect unit that suited my needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service he provided. Keith was extremely attentive and made sure to listen to my preferences as a customer. I felt truly heard and valued throughout the entire process. The entire staff of the Riverside Drive location (#1983) was fantastic today. Kirk and everyone made the experience very easy and worry-free. Keith was especially of immeasurable help. The elevator had an issue while we were there, and Keith ran the service elevator for us more times than I can count. Kudos!

It was a very pleasant experience checking in. Kirk at the front desk took me for a tour and I decided to rent at this storage. Kirk was super helpful and gave me some tips in moving and utilizing the storage. The application and rental process is also pretty smooth. #1983

Vanel was very helpful, explained the new (to me) system. When I mistakenly got off on the wrong floor and had to call for help, Vanel kept me calm and explained what I needed to do to get the elevator working again. That security feature is good by the way. The place is clean and I felt safe at all times. My stuff is in great condition after all this time. Thank you!

I absolutely love the #1983 location at Riverside Dr NY, NY 10031. The staff are polite, respectful, helpful, and the environment is always clean. Especially Kirk, he is easy to talk to and very informative since 2016.

The staff was curious, attentive, and always available to assist.

The facility provided a clean space and a safe storage area. Special kudos to Kirk (#1983), who was wonderful and incredibly attentive throughout the experience.

I was so happy to find a place so convenient for me n a person who was so professional, efficient n well informed with the greatest costumer service, I forgot his name but he's a sir well educated n very clear about the information that you need to know when it comes to storage. I rent a place n I am so happy n not to worry about anything because it's safe. The hours are perfect n it's open everyday. Best place for storage, great costumers service n best prices.

My experience was very positive. We made the reaervation online and checkin was very quick and easy. Our attendant was helpful and pleasant and made getting to our unit easy and efficient.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Kirk at #1983 MANHATTAN MINI STORAGE. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have enjoyed two different storage units at the same location during that time. I recently met Vanel, the manager, who was new to me- and he also really exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service! Vanel worked closely with me to get the best storage unit for my needs, both in pricing, size and location and when my needs had changed one year ago before I had met Vanel, Kirk helped me to make the decision to move into a different storage unit on the same floor. Both Vanel and Kirk are communicative, pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this storage facility on Riverside Drive as an excellent choice for anyone. I love the fact that it is easy to access. When I had a car, parking was very easy and now that I no longer have a car, the number one train or M5 or M104 bus make it very easy to get there. The hours are great for early birds and people who need evening hours and now the cardless entry makes getting in and out a breeze. All of that being said, Kirk and Vanel are the “icing on the cake” at this facility, I highly recommend the people who are running the facility as well as the facility itself.

Obed was a tremendous help to us in getting our storage unit situation streamlined—top notch assistance in finding the right size of unit for all of our needs, showing us our options, and getting us set up with bigger units! Very good services. Easy to access. My wool and cashmere coats and sweaters don’t have any whole which means there was no bugs. I had a viola in there for several years, and the wood is totally fine which means it’s climate controlled.
