The staff was very courteous and professional during my visit to the service area. My service advisor, Robert, kept me informed on the status of my repairs. Another staff member, Terry, was also accommodating in providing me with shuttle service while my vehicle was in the shop. He was able to pick me up from the local train station late in the afternoon with minimal notice.

Easy to schedule and easy to get details. Service took a little longer than expected, but communication was good and I appreciated some of the text messages as well.

Only improvement i can recommend is that I would've liked to have seen the recommended services & prices provided in an email version vs. just paper. This would be easier for me to manage / store and I'd also be more willing to use Dealer services for future work if I had an easy way to refer to the work.

I'm very happy with the level of service I received at Jack Daniels VW service center. I was helped by Lexxus, who was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, sharp and a good communicator. I appreciated the video the team sent me that summarized the work and detailed minor issues with the car.

The staff is professional and courteous. The waiting area is clean and spacious. On the last two occasions, they washed my car after completing the yearly maintenance, which was an unexpected and appreciated gesture.

I don't like doing badly reviews comparing dealership services, but in particular without having to say names, I tried to use the dealership closest and most convenient to where I live. The point is that to avoid driving in Manhattan the most likely would be a few miles, the first one in NJ which was one of the worst options I chose, instead of describing what really happened, let's look at the facts that motivated me to write the best impressions I had when opting for Jack Daniel's VW dealership, Mr Robert was extremely professional and kind, I didn't receive this treatment even when I bought my car, I'm very grateful and I've certainly already chosen my favorite Dealership, thank you very much to everyone who is part of Jack Daniels VW dealership NJ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Received great customer service by my service advisor as well as the service engineer worked on my car , they thoroughly check my vehicle and cleared all the codes , ordered parts and completed warranty repairs

Customer service was awesome and very transparent. I really appreciated the video of my car with the description of what was being done and the state of each component.

Every time I'm at the service that treat you like five star hotel everybody is nice always looking to see if you need something and to take care of your car.

I took my 2019 Tiguan in for an oil change. It was done quickly and the representative who helped us was very friendly and professional.

Well l give five stars for costumers service Alissa Estevez very nice but I not feel happy with my car 4 times warning light wasting my time also sometimes went l turn on the car in the dashboard the word "DIESEL" appears next to the gas indicator

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle from Jack Daniels, and my experience with their service department was even more impressive. The staff is exceptional, but I must give a special shout-out to Felix, who went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction.

When I discovered a crack in my windshield, Felix acted quickly and efficiently to coordinate with both the internal office and service professionals, as well as external insurance company representatives, to ensure that the repair was completed correctly and within a reasonable amount of time. He arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle and even personally cleaned it before my arrival since his team was occupied with other tasks.

I am thrilled with the service I received at Jack Daniels and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, customer-focused dealership. Felix is an excellent representative of the brand, and I believe he deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication. Overall, a great experience, and I would recommend anyone who wants to buy and service a car to visit Jack Daniels.
