On the second floor shopping for furniture we had help from Jack, the man is the absolute best, very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond making sure you have all the info you need to make an intelligent decision and pick the right pieces to furnish your space with no pressure

Service is welcoming and warm. Really care about customers. The collections are tremendous and you can always find what you need there.

Excellent customer service, great solid pieces of furniture. I try to wait for post holiday sales when you get excellent price for pricey items. Love stemless wine glasses and white plates( Aspen collection)

We went throw-pillow shopping tonight for our new C&B Lounge sofa. Had some trouble finding what we were looking for on the shelf when Jen unexpectedly emerged from the stockroom behind and pitched right in trying to find what we were looking for, bringing stock from out back for us to see, just being helpful and bringing some joy as we were starting to peter out. We wanted to give a shout-out of thanks!

Great customer service from start to finish, seamless fast delivery with their in stock furnitures and amazing delivery team as well. Well built quality furnitures and items. My sales associate is Jack, such a wonderful person who went above and beyond, we’ve been here multiple times since we got our new house and each time we’re always greeted by Jack with such enthusiasm and kindness, highly recommend to check in with Jack and you will definitely be taken care of with compassion, knowledge, patience and sincerity.

I really wish I got the gal at the customer service desk’s (where you pick up online orders) name. She was excellent. So friendly and easy to talk to. Had great customer service skills in recognizing the next customer as she wrapped up the one she was working on. Totally appreciated that. But the entire staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely go back. Oh, and my plates and pantry organization system are beautiful.

My husband and I ordered a bunch of furniture with Stephanie and it was a seamless process. We were told about 3 months of wait time for delivery, and she was spot on. Arranging delivery was easy and the furniture came as promised. Delivery was smooth with quick installation. We had one item in our order that was holding the rest of the delivery up, so Stephanie suggested the particular item be shipped to the store for pickup. When I realized we weren't going to be in town to pick up the item at the store in time before it gets shipped back to the warehouse, she ensured it stayed in Paramus until we came back.

What’s not to love about this place wow?!? It’s like walking into a fairytale. High end store with only but the best quality products. Clean and I mean spotless, friendly environment and great customer service. I’d definitely work there just for the feel of the place. One of my favorite places to shop..Great promotions too!!

I give this store 5 stars. I am fairly clueless about home decor and found the salespeople to be absolutely professional. My specific salesperson, Nancy, was amazing at trying to draw from me what look I was trying to achieve in my home. She provided many options and suggestions and was never pushy. Once my items were delivered to my home, she called to check that I was completely satisfied. I felt as though I had a personal shopper - the entire experience was excellent!
