Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus Service Center

Just wanted to pass along my compliments and of course as I always do I’ll provide a five and lots of yeses on the survey.

2019 Q5 was in for prepaid 40,000 mile service that included an oil change and plugs among all the other things that were done.

From the moment I made the appointment by phone everything went smoothly.

The woman who answered the Service phone seemed to be able to very quickly bring up my vehicle which was helpful in terms of coverage as I was concerned that it might be an expensive service.

Appointment was made for the following week and a loaner was arranged. I was going to wait for it but she advised it takes a few hours so I appreciate that she pointed that out.

Adrian my service advisor was terrific as usual and was very friendly and efficient. Always very helpful.

Pete, the technician, sent his video report and had also uncovered a brake pedal servo part problem that I didn’t know that I had. So additionally that part was replaced.

I also wanted to mention Hunter who handled the loaner arrangements. Well spoken, sharp guy who made the process very smooth.

There must be a lot going on for you these days with the new facility on route 4. Looking forward toward its completion.

I was and am extremely pleased with the way I was treated while my Audi Q4 was getting its 20,000-mile service.

My advisor, Adrian Bordon, conducted himself in a professional, knowledgeable, and expedient manner. He clearly explained what the 20,000 mile service and recalls entailed and the costs associated. He was pleasant and helpful to deal with and had an excellent sense of humor.

As well, Hunter did a fine job in providing me with a loaner vehicle and had the car ready quickly.

Overall, I had an excellent experience and was treated well.

The entire personnel I encountered were all customer focused and service oriented.

After having a horrible service experience at Audi Nyack, I am so glad to have found Jack Daniels Paramus Service as my new service center. Jethro was very helpful and kept me in the loop the entire time. I was sent multiple videos explaining what was being done to my Audi, and the best part is that it was done in less time than expected. The car shuttle service was also very helpful to utilize, too. Will definitely be returning for any service needs and highly recommend them!

I’ve been scheduling my Q5 maintenance services for years at this location and the service is always fantastic. The team is always willing to go out of their way to make it a great experience.

My first time using Jack Daniels for repairing my out-of-warranty 2017 Audi that experienced overheating. Shawn was my rep and he was excellent. Shared details at every juncture and was very polite and cooperative. It was going to be a costly repair if Audi did not honor the class action settlement suit that acknowledged problems with the cooling system. The Audi repair shop I usually take my car to was giving me a hard time about the repair being covered by the settlement and I spent hours trying to explain it to them. Fortunately my very honest mechanic said take it to Jack Daniels. No issue whatsoever there. Thermostat and water pump were replaced at no charge! I will always use Jack Daniels in the future.

I can't say enough great things about Jack Daniel Audi of Paramus! The service staff is top notch! My Service Consultant, Adrian, was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a great experience working Adrian the service supervisor. He went above and beyond to deal with my warranty for my car which took hours on being on the phone. Responded quickly and gave constant updates on my vehicle. I’d highly recommend working with him. Over all very happy with the service !

My service representative Sam has always been attentive, accommodating, patient, cordial and willing to go the extra mile to service his customers (my experience).

The most notable behavior observed is ‘knowing his customer’. Each time I visit Sam is able to give an account of my last service status, where I should be and enquire the purpose of my new visit. This key trait of exemplary customer service left an impression of professionalism and customer focus.

A customer focus environment and attribute is usually the hallmark of good service which Sam displays each time and adds value to the business.

Had a wonderful experience last week getting my 2019 Audi A4 serviced with Shawn. He came off very respectful and professional. It was a pleasure to work with him and I will definitely be returning because of him.

Sam provided top-tier customer service and had me in and out well quicker than expected. He even told
Me what he would NOT recommend doing since it was too early while many other mechanics in my experience would try to sell you every service they have. Would recommend to anyone.

If I was writing this review last year, I would have been hard pressed to give even 1 star. However - PLEASE KEEP READING! - there is a new sheriff (or service manager) in town and the place has made a complete 180. Since Joe has taken over the position of Service Manager at JD Audi, my experience is 100% positive. The hold time, when calling, is virtually zero. The service turn around is much faster. The last time I was there, I brought my work and waited. I wasn't really concerned how long I was there, but after an hour, an EXTREMELY apologetic service advisor came over to give me an update and apologize for the long wait time. While I had an appointment, they squeezed me in and I was not expecting to be out of there in an hour. The morale of the workers is up. They are happy, which makes working with them a great experience. You can see the pep in their step and the hustle to get it done correctly and quickly. You can see that they take pride in what they do. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the changes that were made. If you had a bad experience previously, I would encourage you to try again. Your experience will be better.

Wow ! I can’t thank service Audi enough! Every-time it’s always a relief and I’m being well taken care of, they are so loyal! Today I came in for tire pressure and super fast SHAWN came to the rescue, he helped change my Tire and taught me about the tire pressure. He was super knowledgeable and comforting. My experience with the staff of the dealership has been exceptional. I own a Q8 and my dealer David has been great. Any issues I have he always responds or leads me to who can help. He even provided his personal cell for me to contact him directly. Of all the years of purchasing cars David is by far the best car dealer I have been in contact with. Kudos to James in the service center as well. He has been great and patient with me and my questions/concerns.

I usually do my service at another Audi dealership but got fed up with the poor service. I started coming to Jack Daniels service and the customer service is incredible. My service rep Shawn was very professional and kept me updated through every step. I will be doing my future services with them!

Service Advisor Steve and Master Technician John were able to successfully troubleshoot and repair an extremely complex and difficult problem with my vehicles camera communication system, and did an excellent job tracking it down, keeping me up to date on the status and ultimately repairing the issue.
