I'm not here to debate with anyone. There are so many good sandwich shops and delis in North Jersey... but try the #57 (or #58 if you're a vegetarian) and tell me that's not one of the best sandwiches in New Jersey!

very good!!! this is the tortellini pasta!!! chicken is nice,tender and seasoned. the creamy pesto sauce was perfect and the pasta it self was tasty! omgoodness! this will definitely be my staple, but I’m also going to try other dishes on the menu! Ive always rode past this place on my way home, but decided to try it when I picked up an order for a DoorDash delivery! they also give u a side of bread (small italian roll)which is very soft and fresh!!!

Wow. I ordered a Breaded Chicken wrap, which came with Fresh Mozzarella and Vodka Sauce, as well as a fried rice ball (arancini) and a side of that delicious vodka sauce to dip into. I was shocked at how hefty the wrap is, and how delicious the flavors were. Absolutely filling and a great value, and again, the flavors were excellent. I’m sure their other foods are delicious as well!

Pretty much the best deli in New Jersey ! Very affordable prices the quality is excellent along with the cleanliness of the establishment. I didn’t get to take a picture of my sandwich ( it was too good )
I had number #57 with roasted peppers and balsamic glaze ! It was to die for !! The bread was so fresh, the chicken was crispy and the Vodka sauce wowwww delicious !!! If your in the area definitely stop by and give it a try you won’t regret it !

Had the Batman n Robin. Wow what a combo. There vodka sauce is delicious...Defintely coming back n trying other sandwiches. Nice job.

Our office loves ordering lunch from Gios. Everything is awesome and made quickly.

Highly recommend!! I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and the rice balls and they were both amazing. Will definitely be eating here again soon!

The food is awesome every time! We've had salads, mozzarella sticks, sandwiches, and more and it has always been delicious.

We had a food catering for a birthday party. The chicken franchise, penne Vodka, and chicken parm are all delicious!

Super friendly staff. They can get quite busy but they always apologize for the wait. The food is amazing and prices are reasonable. Gotta try their vodka sauce, rice balls and fresh mozzarellas.

A reasonably priced local place near the high school. The 57--chicken parm with vodka sauce on a sub--is delicious, and so is the 58--same thing but with eggplant parm--if you're vegetarian. The ride balls are also great with vodka sauce! Very friendly staff, and plenty of food seating.

My friends have always talked about this place but i didn't get a chance to try it till now .. Wow i'm amazed at the food quality they serve. I didn't know Giovanni's is such a staple in this town. I ordered a wrap with chicken breast, mozzarella, sundried tomatoes and roasted peppers- 1. their bread is so fresh- it's crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. 2. the chicken was juicy and full of flavor, it felt like a meal done with extra care by your mom lol. I got their penne vodka pasta because the manager told me how they're popular for their house-made vodka sauce- let me tell ya, that hit the spot. The sauce was very creamy and rich in flavor. I really value how they serve their food fresh & hot since a lot of restaurants are slacking now a days due to employment issues (understandable).

Speaking of cleanliness- It felt very safe being in this restaurant as I saw all the workers have gloves on while they work.. I will definitely come back to try more of their menu!!

As a breaded chicken expert, their's is fantastic. Love their food. More places need the "get creative" AKA Create Your Own options on their menu. Good for somebody like me who wants the chicken without the bread and not the minimal amount that's usually given on a salad. Service is excellent. I'm a big fan of ordering here, my accountant even took note of that LOL!

Could not recommend Giovanni’s enough. Food and service were amazing, its the perfect spot to grab a bite. I got their famous #57 twisted (Recommended by the owner Jimmy) and it’s officially my favorite sandwich of all time. Can’t wait to come back with my family and friends.

Great local sandwich shop. I found out about this place from the Fair Lawn Library. They usually order wraps from here on lunch break and the librarians there really love the delicious selection.

We order from Giovann's a lot for our office. Between all of us, we've tried almost everything and everyone loves the food. My favorites are the fresh salads and pasta. Delivery a lot of times is sooner than indicated. I am very impressed by the fact that they wrap the little containers of salad dressing in plastic wrap. We stopped ordering from 2 other places because the containers were never fully closed, not wrapped in plastic, and leaked over everything. It tells me a lot about Giovanni's that they do this without being asked.

Get the #74 Pesto wrap & #75 twisted wrap you will not be disappointed!!

The vodka sauce is AMAZING & so are the rice balls! I love ordering from this place on lunch. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a a good place to eat. Very friendly staff and lovely dining area.

Not what it use to be.
The portions have gotten noticeably smaller and the quality of the #57 has gone down. The last 3 times I've had the wrap the sauce tasted watered-down and the chicken had a grey-ish tint to it. I loved giovanni's in high school, but now it's not the same.

Edit:(11/26/19): I think management has heard the criticism from people. The chicken is now back to the quality I expect and the sauce is no longer watered down. It took them a while, and it's definitely not the same Gio's I remember, but the taste is great! I'll be coming back!
