My partner and I frequent this location, the selection is pretty good but more importantly the staff are super friendly and willing to walk customers through what products may be helpful for the experience the customer is looking for.

So far, we've been helped by Alannah once and Alexis twice when we had questions or needed some direction and they've been endlessly helpful.

It was our first time at Romantic Depot, and it was a wonderful experience! Alannah and Destiny were extremely helpful with assisting in picking out our selection of items and assured us that we were getting a great deal for authentic and safe products! I appreciate all of the enthusiasm and support around the store and I definitely recommend going here for great customer service as well as amazing prices and products!

My boyfriend and I went for the first time, and what we thought would be an overwhelming feeling, the workers definitely made us feel at ease and welcomed! Ana and Alannah were very helpful and informative. They were so nice and willing to help us out with their honest feedback. Will definitely be back again!

I don’t normally go into places like these, however I was curious so I went today to just window shop. I was extremely nervous going in, until this awesome clerk, (Alannah) started to help me out. Told her I was new to this sort of thing and she just gave a big smile and took me though everything with amazing detail. As I’m looking through the store; another clerk (Lena) helped as well. She was awesome and really knowledgeable about the products. I’d say for my first time going to a store like this it was the best time and I will most certainly visit again.

Romantic Depot has been able to meet all my needs everytime I came in. But what makes this store 5 Stars is Alannah. Each and every time I shop she is here and is easily the most knowledgeable, helpful, kindest, patient person I’ve met. I wouldn’t think of shopping anywhere else.

I went to this place with my boyfriend after a stressful day, just looking for something fun for us both. I was warmly welcomed and was greeted by Steve, I guess the owner. He helped me with everything I was looking for and shared information about having to take education classes so he could help his customers in a safe responsible way. I was helped by mainly Steve, and Erin, although Alexis and Alanna’s were very sweet too that night. After losing my debit card I was very disappointed and they had given me a few discount cards for the inconvenience. I went back the next day and received more discount cards and overall just had a wonderful experience with some very well educated people as well. 11/10 experience, thank you again!

Steve was wonderful. He was incredibly responsive and showed his knowledge across a variety of areas. He was able to discern which products were appropriate and fit my needs. It was an enlightening experience and based on his customer service I will be returning very soon.

This place is amazing! My partner and I were able to find exactly what we wanted. Benny was great help, she helped us pick out a few toys to add to our stash and also gave us a lot of helpful tips on each one. We ended up spending quite a bit of time there just talking with her and Vikky. I would definitely go back here when I'm looking to expand my collection again.

We were initially iffy on trying to find a good sex store that did not make us feel weirded out, but this is definitely the go-to place. We went in, and the two workers there immediately made us feel more welcome. The manager there is extremely knowledged and most definitely made us feel more comfortable with the products we were buying. I would most definitely recommend this place to anybody in need of toys or knowledge of certain topics or toys, and I am most definitely coming back here in the future.

Me and my wife were having a date night and decided to do something a little exciting, so we wanted to check out an adult store, we found romantic depot in Paramus New Jersey on 17, it was a little far just about a hours drive but it got really good reviews on google, and I have to say we had a great time, we read about the infamous Steve and how great he is but I have to say that Violet and Ben really tickled our fancy. Funny, friendly and Violet was able to answer all our questions and made us feel very at ease. Totally worth the trip, will cum again! Thax Violet and Ben.
