I went to this store to check a new phone to replace my old one but didn't know what to buy. This guy in the store was extremely helpful and so friendly. He spent time to show me and explain to me what are my choices. Verizon is very lucky to have this guy. Scott, you are awesome. Keep up the good job.

Excellent service. I went in on a Friday Afternoon looking to trade in my iPhone 10 XS for the iPhone 11 Pro Max. At first Scott looked at my plan and noticed how unusually high it was. He suggested to take off the tablet my family doesn't use and this jet pack that was on it. We then removed it. Then he was able to get me my upgrade and was super patient with me figuring everything out because we weren't sure if I was eligible for the upgrade at first. It was the easiest experience I've had at a Verizon store. Thank you Scott! I wasn't sure of his co-workers name but she was also a doll and was new to the store. She did a great job as well. Thank you!!!

My first time writing a review and I cannot say enough nice things about the folks in this store.

A complete difference from that other store (you know who you are) who treated me so poorly when I managed to destroy my phone the day after my husband died.

I was looking to patronize a different Verizon store and I think I did not expect them to be so kind to me. Which they were. Yes. I will come in again and would recommend.

Scott did a great job. He reviewed our plan and saved us $44 a month while getting more us more data!. He also let us know about a new phone promo, which allowed an upgrade while saving almost $500!

I rarely ever write reviews but I had to for this occasion, I was on my way home when I decided I would go in and look for a new phone case and tempered glass. Nick was very friendly and polite as he helped me understand what cases were the best for me since I tend to drop my phone an awful lot, he also put the glass on my phone for me perfect. I would recommend this store and to look for Nick because he’s the one reason I would drive 30 minutes away for this exceptional experience.

I usually only write reviews when I'm unsatisfied however Ava and Scott's customer service was beyond satisfactory. They both took the time to help me as much as they could and I truly appreciate it. They are an asset to your team!

The owner, Scott, helped us when we upgraded to the Pixel 3. My situation was a little complicated as I was trying to get off a friend's plan to start my own. Scott did all that he could to try and help but it just couldn't happen (not his fault at all). I was still able to get my Pixel 3 but remained on my friend's plan. I had a great overall experience. He was very kind, patient, and was able to answers any questions I had.

Anyone looking to switch to Verizon or has a question about their Verizon plan, definitely stop in and see Scott! Customer Service was great and he was fully knowledgeable of all the plans and any questions I had. Great overall experience!

Just wanted to share my experience my Samsung Galaxy phone froze and remained in a catatonic state, so I took it to the Verizon store for revival. Their reps initially could not figure out how to fix the phone, however this nice gentleman who wasn't helping me at the time but overheard the problem I was having came over and said he had heard of this problem before. He was able to get my phone working again when I thought it may be done. They could of easily just said the phone was unfixable and tried to sell me a new phone, but he took some time and found me a solution. When it is time to replace my phone I will be back here to purchase it, incredible service in my opinion.

it is the best customer service, the new owner used to run another store where i used to shop, but since this is his show now, i am with him with all my business and personal wireless service needs, this kid knows what he is doing. ( i have noticed 2 bad reviews from the past that has nothing to do with the new ownership)

This store has everything you need at your convenient Lodi Verizon store. I purchased my Unlocked iPhone 7 Plus from this retailer and couldn’t be more happier. Thank you! Will do business with again!

Visited this Verizon location and had a great experience. Dealt with the owner of the location Sedat and he was very knowledgeable when it came to any questions I had with verizon also took his time to explain everything to me would recommend to anyone in the area in search of a Verizon location.
