Called Frank for an estimate, he promptly came over and gave me a great price for roofing, siding and gutters.. His crew showed up and did such a fantastic job! His men are clean, respectful and they clean up every day...The most important thing to remember is that Frank won't overprice or over sell you something you don't need, if a section of sheathing is rotted he will show you and give you cost options before repairing..Honesty is key....I'm in the building trades and I couldn't find 1 thing wrong with the workmanship.... First time home buyer and we needed to completely replace our roof per our home insurance. Frank was a referral of a friend and I'm very pleased with how our roof looks now! We had a lot of issues underneath once they took everything off and Frank told us to come outside and showed us and explained what was wrong, what we should do, what we could do, and how much each option will cost. We ended up replacing all the plywood and started fresh, you can see how wet and rotted the wood was in the one photo and then how it's supposed to look! He was very nice and easy to work with and I appreciated him getting this job done and his honesty.
