La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield

My family and I lost power during an ice storm in our city and had to find a hotel to stay in for a few nights. When I called and asked if there was any rooms available, the general manager was extremely polite and made sure and got us a room, when we arrived, they were very nice and accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. When we had to extend our stay, they made it very easy and made sure that we knew if we didn’t need the extra nights we wouldn’t be charged. All the front desk employees that were there during our stay always had a smile on their face and all very polite. The room was clean and very spacious for our family and two dogs. The breakfast was good and the location was great. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I've stayed here many times when it was the holiday inn and it is even better. Modernized the rooms which we're way overdue. Bed is comfortable and the staff is great.. Price is right also, at least for this crazy time.

This was a stop during a last minute road trip. There were multiple hotels in the area when we pulled off the freeway. We had stopped at another hotel and the nightly rate was a bit more than we wanted to spend. We then got on the phone and made a reservation at La Quinta while we were sitting across the street. We checked into La Quinta and the staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was clean, we didn't get noise from other rooms, got a good night's sleep and left early the next day.

Fabulous place to stay! Friendly staff, fresh free continental breakfast, indoor pool...we enjoyed every moment we were there. Beautiful sunsets from west facing rooms.

This is a great place to stay if you’re driving on I5. The rooms were clean, the parking lot was fairly safe, the hotel is dog friendly and has a grass patch in the middle that was great to walk our dog. There was a Tesla supercharger a block away which was perfect for charging your car.

After a long drive and finding a lot of accommodations full, I stayed here I booked the final room for the night for me and my small dog. The front Desk staff were great The Continental Breakfast was ok the Worker for the breakfast was excellent. I tried not to book and go with the flow for Eugene Oregon but it was a mistake I found the price was a bit over the top all I can say is plan ahead.

I was very impressed with the hotel. Itbwas nice and clean. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was great.

This is by far one of the best LA Quintas I have ever stayed at! The rooms were great size, the lights in the room were amazing (dimaable led thin lights), shower amazing (great pressure and shower head), bathroome mirror amazing. Bed was comfy and had a nice weight down comforter (more than 2 thick sheets, but not so thick you're too hot) pool area clean, pool area bathrooms clean.

The breakfast area was clean and a good layout. Breakfast was better than expected. Eggs were not rubbery, bagel fresh bacon not burnt and better than paper thin. Good selection for all.

Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, quick, and prepared.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Pet friendly! And great customer service at the front desk! Will definitely make La Quinta a 1st choice going forward.

I love this hotel a lot but I seen a few people talked to a staff member free room in you put out I seen no check in I was behind my check took 15 min 2 guy went to so called helped the export or homeless person but over all good place to romp and stomp

What a wonderful trip we just had staying here! All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms and common areas were clean and spacious! Breakfast was delicious. The eggs were so yummy!I liked how they mixed things up on different days so similar items could be made into different things. Eggs and sausage one day, biscuits and gravy the next, and eggs with cut up sausage and tortillas to make burritos. My favorite amenity, if you will was the night light in the bathroom. Very handy! Also appreciated the peep holes in the door. They're like a picture so if you're a good away from the door you can see who is outside! Will definitely stay again! Hopefully soon!

The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The price was amazing for a suite room. The breakfast was hot and had a wide variety of options that our entire family enjoyed. The indoor pool was a hit with our kiddos. The entire building and grounds were clean and the parking lot was well lighted. We felt safe and enjoyed a restful nights sleep. The staff were polite and attentive as well.

This hotel is very convenient for anyone driving a Tesla or traveling with a dog. You can walk one block to the Supercharger and there is a nice grassy area for leashed dog walking. There is a brew pub next door, which we did not try but we will next time! Very convenient on/off the freeway and close to Springfield Mall. Unfortunately, we went to Shari's across the steet and it was very bad. There service was ridiculously slow. They didn't have two cups of soup, they had run out and were not going to make any more for the day. Pie was ok but it was a really bad experience and we will not return to this Shari's as this is the 2nd time we tried to eat there (We like PIE!) but their food isn't hardly adequate. Try the Hop Valley Brew Pub if you go, they look good - or get in the car and drive down the street a bit.

I stayed two nights due to a family member in the hospital. Love the indoor pool.

My family and I had to stay here for 12 days due to some plumbing issues in our home, so we were relocated here until the work was done. We had a very nice room, the hotel was very clean. The staff were all awesome friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The pool and fitness area were a nice bonus. Thanks la Quinta for making our stay very nice!

It's really a good hotel for the price! The hotel was recently updated and it shows. The hallways were wide and bright. The rooms were well done: tiled entryway, good carpeting and cabinetry with a microwave and mini fridge. Rooms had a good design and layout. The bathroom was nice. Housekeeping did a good job as well.

Had a good breakfast: sausages, scrabbled and hard-boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, juices and coffee/ tea. I had to ask for the meat but they were friendly enough.

The only thing I didn't like were the beds which were a bit old and saggy. Not enough to take a star out though. Good price, nice and well-kept hotel with friendly service.

La Quintas have been going downhill these days. But, thank God, NOT this one.
The facility was nicely renovated. Everything is modernized and like new. USB in most of the electric outlets. Very convenient. Door peekhole has large wide angle view. Great for security.
It looks clean and fresh everywhere: inside the room and outside. All towels were fluffy and fresh. It was very quiet throughout our stay.
Front desk was pleasant, professional and courteous. Every single employee we met was really nice.
We loved the super fresh fluffy towels in the bathroom. Shower was very clean and had beautiful modern white tiles. All fixtures work flawlessly. Water drains well. Lightning in the bathroom was sufficient and beautiful.
Breakfast was good, although there’s room for upgrade.
The only drawback we experienced was the hot water in the shower. It took a good 4 minutes to get warm water, and 12 minutes until it’s finally hot.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! Theresa is an absolute gem and was one of the best parts of our stay. She was super helpful from the initial phone call all through arriving and getting checked in. Room was comfortable, breakfast was average but kept in a clean and tidy area. I was kind of bummed we were just staying one night. Next time I'm passing through town, you best believe I'll be staying there. Theresa, I hope you get recognition for the amazing employee you are!!
