Customer Service needs room for improvement in this branch. The representatives fail to deliver in a timely fashion and fail to respect customers for their time. They will, and have dragged the hours of my day waiting for a response until closing time; 5PM, to then do it again the very next day. Very poor managed transactions as well as poor communication. Please consider and value a client’s time.

They are service is good before COVID 19. Now they are very slow. Business hours only 10am to 2 pm. They didn’t receive any phone call.

Está oficina brinda un servicio de MUY BAJA CALIDAD, Es lamentable que su personal posea tantas deficiencias para ofrecer atenciones a los posible clientes, especialmente uno de sus representantes (el Sr. Pedro Martínez) quien actúa de forma poco profesional para un empleado que ofrece servicio al cliente, olvidado su deber y responsabilidad de manera especial la falta de responsabilidad y respeto por su palabra.

Es muy penoso que un lugar al cual vas a solicitar un servicio por el que vas a pagar seas tratado como si estuvieses mendigando un favor.

No parece razonable que para ofrecer una cotización sea necesario todo un mes y que uno deba realizar más de 30 llamadas para que te digan en un segundo te doy la repuesta o en 10 minutos llamo, para nunca recibir la respuestas o la llamada.

Está empresa debe revisar sus protocolos de servicio al cliente y mejorar sus procedimientos.
