We had our lunar new year dinner here and had the new year menu that included lobsters, scallops, whole fish, dim sum, and 8 other dishes. Everting was really delicious! The place was packed and crowded and noisy that it was difficult to hear our conversations. We were also rushed to finish our meals. I would come here again when it’s less crowded.

On the weekends, get here by 10:30am. The line is down the block. The doors open at 10:55am, by 11:05am the place is packed. After that, it’s another 1 hr wait.

We are really excited to try this restaurant since this is one of the few Chinese places around. And they even have carts that are pushed around like the old days!! The wait on a Saturday lunchtime was around 45 minutes for us. You cannot just give them your phone number, you need someone to pick up the number first and physically wait at the restaurant when your number is called. They only take reservations for parties of 8+. The space is a little crowded, but I felt cosy somehow. They’ve got some of the most authentic dim sum s I’ve ever had and trust me, I eat a lot. The prices are reasonable as well. Our bill for 3 people came to under $60. We love their durian puffs and chicken feet. Delicious and fresh dim sum with cart going around. It can be quite busy on weekends and they have an electronic system for queueing. Try to come close to the tail end of dim sum hours (2-3PM) for easier seating.

Wasn’t sure if I needed to throw in my raving review because Aquarius is already incredibly popular! Arrive early on the weekends to put your name down because there will be a wait, but it’s worth it! The basics are good here but I especially liked the XO diced turnip cake, glutinous rice, fried silver fish, and braised tripe

The food is legit! It tastes like our former go-to chinese dimsum place in Queens.

The only downside is the restaurant is so small that we had to wait over an hour just to get seated. It was not their fault though since the service itself, once seated, was quick.

I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. But I suggest you don't come super hungry since there might be a long waiting time if you arrive later than 11am.

In NJ, this Chinese restaurant must be a five star. Authentic Cantonese cuisine, good service.

First time I came here for dinner. Lamb dish and beef in squash were very good. I learned that they have dim sum for lunch and decided to give that a try. Came back in few days for dim sum and really enjoyed it. Both times I was served good tea with my food. Servers were very friendly.

We made the reservation by phone. They will kindly send the message as reminder. We ordered around 15 pieces of dim sums, all of them taste delicious. Our kids held the cute Bao and fed themselves. It is a great place for family. The only thing they can improve is giving us one more menu since we have 6 people, Chinese spoons for soup dumplings and drink cups for kids. The overall experience is great! Thank the boss and all the staff supporting us!

Nice place, very neat and clean. I really enjoyed it! The food was amazing and really tasty. The portions were bigger than I expected. The staff is really nice and kind. Definitely one of my favorite places in Fort Lee. 🙌🏻👏🏻

The best dim sum in town that has a dimsum cart. If you're going in with a large group, you should definitely make reservations as it gets very busy from open especially on the weekends.

The staff is the sweetest Chinese restaurant staff I’ve ever encountered. The food is excellent, the fried dimsum have a nice light texture and the steamed items are always cooked to perfection. Love this place!

I have been here on multiple occasions for weekend dim-sum and family dinners. Aquarius has slowly become our family's go-to restaurant for large gathering and celebrations. Their seafood entrees like the steamed fish and lobster sautéed with scallions and gingers are their signature specialties. But they also excel at other popular Cantonese and Chinese dishes such as Peking duck and claypot eggplant with salted fish. On weekends, their full-fledged dim sum menu is probably one of the best in Northern Jersey. To eat in true Cantonese fashion, most dishes should be shared and the atmosphere is typically very festive. Weekend mornings are the busiest times for the restaurant and wait time could be hours.

Just WOW. Went to Aquarius for dim sum lunch today and it was outstanding. And if you eat a gluten free diet, this is the place for you. 70% of the dim sum menu is GF! Freshly made dumplings, delicious fried fish and squid, sublime sticky rice, Singapore noodles, delightfully smoky chow fun, I could go on and on. Every dish was delicious. Hands down the best dim sum in NJ!

Probably the best Cantonese Dim Sum Place in Jersey. I would prefer a bit less salt in the food but it's still very authentic taste.

We had Feng Zhua, pork short rib, bacon wrapped Shrimp, Cha sew bund, Salt and pepper fish, Egg tart.

You know it’s good when you see a lot of elderly asian people. Everything tastes good, comes out fresh and there’s a lot of custard filling inside the bun.

After rebranding, this place serves pretty high quality Chinese food. Staff here are super helpful at finding best options for you to eat. Does get overwhelming if it is busy.
Edit: went again for dim sum, which IMO is better than their normal menu. Overall the taste and quality are much better than most dim sum places in New York and oftentimes cheaper
