Nuthing but the best service .. I transfered over from Phoenix Arizona to Clifton nj ..great service n both states.. took care of my needs n hooked me up.. definitely good people there..

I've used this location for 3 rentals in the last 2 years and found them to be great. The store is well maintained, the rental process was easy, they delivered when they said they would, set everything up and picked it us at a mutually convenient time.

I've rented refrigerators, and other major appliances with no difficulty.

I’m not even a customer of theirs but I live in the home of their previous customer who apparently took off with RACs property and they are no longer making payments.

Sending letters to my house isn’t going to get your stuff back. Sending EXTREMELY rude delivery guys to my house who HIT my ring doorbell isn’t going to get your stuff back.

When I told you multiple times already that the guy doesn’t live her anymore- write it off as a loss, send the bill to collections and call it a day.

Stop harassing me, the person who has nothing to do with this mess.

Call them they don’t answer took them more then 3 days to deliver me my furniture I will never go here again . People talk to other people and yes if u miss one payment they will Hawk you down not cool

Never have I ever experienced such disrespect.

Had a delivery set for a week for Wednesday 12-2. It was a bedroom set for my son - mind you, as we were expecting a delivery, I cleaned out the bedroom and removed the old furniture and mattress.

I had called at 2Pm and asked where it was and they said within an hour - they said the truck was in NYC in traffic. 2 hours later, they still did not show up. They said they had to go from NYC to the store and then make deliveries - but was guaranteed it would be delivered today. It wasn't until 7PM that I called again and was told that they may have to reschedule - the delivery men "were up and down" and then I spoke with Mike.

As soon as I got on the phone with him (after being on hold for 20 minutes with another employee) he answered saying, " Um, yes? What do you want?". He then disrespected me the entire phone call and told me he (as "assistant manager") couldn't reschedule me. He then told me that I no right to be upset because I "barely put any money down" - mind you, I put down the required payment. I then informed him that I had taken off the entire day for work (as the delivery was mid-day) and he told me, "that was too bad and your problem, not ours". He continued to disrespect me the entire phone call and proceeded to reschedule me for tomorrow.

Never have I ever experienced such unprofessional, disprespctful, amateur customer service.

This store has the worst customer service ever. I will never go to this store again. My furniture was supposed to be delivered on a certain day, we waited all day for them to come as they were telling us they will be there everytime we called. There was nonshow from them. We called the next morning to be told that they will be here before 2pm as we stilled waited and no show. We called cooporate for them to do nothing either. Im a very dissatisfied customer.
