Bill had handled my family case for many years, a long time period due to many court appearances over many years. In addition, he handled my case regarding ownership of real estate. The process took many years due to the case being brought before the NJ Appellate Court. I must admit that during this time I wondered what the outcome may be. I must say that he was always correct always levelheaded and he always provided me with straightforward advice that was true to the end. He helped me achieve positive results with as much care as possible.

Never talked with the child in 2 years, even when she came to his office twice and was rejected. . yet Mr Dimin feels he knows what the child thinks and feels. Instead Mr Dimin reports his own unsubstantiated opinion to Judge.

Besides being unethical, he ruins the children’s life by keeping high conflict parents Purposely not resolving anything out of court or at minimum reporting it to Judge in an effort to get proper court orders and intervention.

He does not read any email more than 3 sentences! Numerous times, Mr Dimin has claimed he does not read most of his emails yet Judges are relying on his careful investigation and coordination out of court.

That is exactly his consistent negligence and lack of reporting and communication hurts the child.

I have talked to several families reporting of the same. Mr Dimin will never corrects any mistake or change his initial opinion, even when he is presented with contrary evidence. Not even considering it, is a proof that it is all about him and not an ounce about the child.

He actually brings up his own personal opinion (not professional opinion) when discussing a problem, which is bizzare when the reference is a doctor recommendation of a medicine!!! The fact that he personally does not like the medicine has nothing to do with aiding in implementation for the sake of the child. “ best interest of the child”, my daughter has not had the privileges of it for 2 years under Mr Dimin lack of care. besides the one thing he recommended, yet put so many obstacles and issues around it.
He even requested 3 clear times in last 16 months, for me to file a motion with his verbal recommendation but refused to write a report/go to court/ or at minimum verbally or via letter inform Judge of why he is recommending it.

Then the one topic he recommended against for over a year despite doctor letters, after charging over $10,000 to do a report , not only he does not even mention the subject, but after 1 year tells Judge “ i’m not a doctor “., yet numerous recommendation against medical needs and lack of involvement when opposed by the other parent. This is simply cruel

It is shameful as he has the position and power to help the children so much as parent coordinator or GAL, yet he is abusing his power on most cases i have talked to the families.
So sad and heart breaking.
