I love getting My lunch from here. The older woman who works the deli is always a great person to deal with. She makes the best sandwiches and has the best attitude. I'm never disappointed with my sandwich, and she goes out here way to make sure you get it exactly how you asked for it.

We always order our Passover brisket from Ben’s. It is so tender and flavorful— always a hit! Also, great service from the staff and butcher. Ben’s is a local jewel.

Great variety, good prices and friendly service in a little neighborhood grocery store

I am a loyal customer for over 8 years now. Bens is small but it offers just about everything. I purchase fresh meat, produce, fruits, milk, eggs, breads etc. They also offer cooked dishes-chicken, ribs, side dishes etc.
The prices are excellent in my opinion. For example I have compared turkey legs and bell-evans chicken with other supermarkets I had a farther walk to and the price differences were incredible. The Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
During the pandemic there were waiting lines at the supermarkets near my job. Everytime I went to Ben's there was no line. It was truly a Blessing. Also he assured me that because he was also a Butcher there was no need to worry about being able to feed my family during the pandemic. He brought tears to my eyes because it was a serious cause of concern for many of us. The only product we couldn't get at that time was toilet paper like the majority of places.
I am a patron for life.

They have everything you want or need, fresh butchered meats, bakery department, dairy, breads selected from all over the city, prepared foods etc.

As if the staff does not have enough to do during this virus I was in there this morning and left my credit card in the store by mistake. The cashier found the card came running after me and found me and Rite Aid and return my card. They are absolutely wonderful the staff

We just moved into the area. Ben's Market is the go-to grocery store when in a bind. The meat, cheese, and bread are excellent. It feels like a family-run place, and everyone knows what they are doing. It is not a large place, so with Covid-19 one needs to be careful shopping, masks are required, I think.

Customer many years. Small but has a satisfactory variety of necessities. They started out as butchers decades ago and meat selection though small is top quality with butchers on premises to cut to order. Produce variety including bagged salads and containers of lovely fresh precut veggies is impressive. Deli counter meats/ cheeses/ spreads/salads/ desserts Riverdale prices but scrumptious and only source anywhere near. Unbelievable pre- prepared ckn, turkey platters, shephards' pie, duck and more ordered in advance great prices. LOTTO.

Usually well stocked, even during this pandemic when many stores are not. The produce is fresh and good. One of my favorite stores in Riverdale, well worth the trip.

For its size, it has a wide selection.

You'll find many/most items you'd find in a typical grocery store, but not all. Make sure to look at the expiration date on breads.

They make excellent breakfast sandwiches.

Deli counter is well stocked and everything is very high quality. Their meats are very fresh. Staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Service is the best 👌always good people and smiles ,very helpful and easy call in delivery service it just don't get any better and delivery always on time puts groceries on your counter

This market is a gem!! Friendly employees and great service. The chicken cutlet was the best i ever had.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I don't know what I would have done without Ben's during the pandemic.
