I have found my new park for my walks... wonderful scenery...I especially love hearing the running water from the creek... the environment motivates me to walk alot more often, which I now plan on doing.

Goffle Brook Park is situated in the heart of Hawthorne. The 103-acre Olmsted designed public space features manicured meadows, sprawling greenways, paved walkways, athletic fields, playgrounds, a picturesque duck pond, and a dog run. Goffle Brook Park is especially frequented in the winter, offering the ideal landscape for snow-day sledding. Visitors can stop by the Passaic County Arts Center at the John W. Rea House, located within the park. Goffle Brook Park also holds a historic past. During the American Revolution, General Marquis de Lafayette and his troops were stationed along Goffle Brook.

This is a beautiful and spacious park in Hawthorne. It is on the border of Passaic and Bergen County, so it's worth checking out if you're local. There are walking paths, baseball fields, basketball courts, playgrounds, and a dog walk. Parts of the park are more open, and others have areas for play. The entrance on Diamond Bridge Avenue brings you right to the playground, basketball court, baseball field, and walking path. A bit down the way is a dog park with a dog run. You can come here to play or to put your headphones in and enjoy a quiet walk with beautiful scenery. There are even small bridges you can walk over and enjoy the view of the water. This is definitely one of the nicest parks in the area.

Well-maintained walking trail. Connects with Goffle Brooke creamery, Hawthorne high school, and Hawthorne downtown. Also accessible with public transit via bus.

Bathrooms are available near the Diamond bridge Ave ( east side ) parking, which is also where the bigger jungle gym is located.

This place has a terrific 1.5 mile path through it. I will often park at one end and get in a beautiful, flat, quiet walk. The park is very pretty with a steam through it. Lovely.

Wonderful location for walking or practicing meditation. Fall is my favorite time to visit and observe the foliage. There’s plenty of street parking.

Google Brook straddles the entire length of the park. The landscaping, pathways, lake and dam add beauty and ambiance to this very well designed park. Benches, picnic tables, barbecue grills, ballfields, and lots of avian wildlife are plentiful. What's not to love?

Very nice park. Well maintained by the town. Paths are clearly marked and easy to get around. Quite serien with a brook running through most of the area. A picnic area, jungle gym (playground ) restrooms towards the south. Great place to go and unwind.

Beautiful and historic park with a very scenic running trail. Some portions of the trail are covered in gravel, so you might end up with a few pebbles in the shoe.

But its a very beautiful park, the trail follows the brook, there are some foot bridges, there is a dog park with a big dog and small dog side, a football field, a soccer and baseball field, a basketball court, kids' playground, picnic tables, flower gardens, and lots of trees, lots of bright sunny, open grass areas, it's beautiful.

I absolutely love our beautiful Goffle Brook Park. It is so peaceful and has gently rolling hills , beautiful big trees, flowering bushes, and a dramatically winding brook weaving throughout. People who walk and run through here are so pleasant . The workers who keep this place pristine are to be highly commended.

Great park for walking, running, taking the dogs for a walk. Well kept and maintained. For the dog walkers of which we are....there are dog stations for plastic bags and waste disposal...PLEASE USE THEM. Lots of wildlife, easy access. Park is an Olmstead park...yes the same designer as Central Park

Gorgeous public park, the whole park itself stretches throughout the whole town, it’s very well maintained, pet friendly, kid friendly, and offers space for picnics, the park has a Brook running through it leading to a beautiful pond where you can fish and relax and enjoy the view, during spring time this park really shows how pretty it can be with blossoming trees and plants, the park hosts tons of plant and tree species, turtles, and ducks and plenty of other bird species. Overall if your in the area I would definitely recommend coming here with your family or by yourself!
