As a person that hasn’t found the right gym for myself to my surprise I love this Planet Fitness. Cooper was so nice to us and he was very polite every time I came. He greeted us with a smile and also made sure to tell us to have a good night. His hospitality is amazing and I will definitely be back!

What a treat of a place! From the moment you walk in the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is so clean and well kept. Cooper explained to me all the amenities and membership options and was so patient and full of fun energy while answering all my questions. I am glad I signed up and the black membership plan is so worth it after receiving the hydro massage, very unique massage and tanning area that no other gym i e been to has. got a good workout in and also ready for relax. thank you Cooper and the rest of the team for your awesome service.

As I visited today, the gentleman Cooper at the front desk was extremely helpful to my friend and I. He accommodated to our needs in the best way possible. He was very caring, energetic and friendly. Please give him a raise, he’s the reason I will be coming back as a gym member.

This place is amazing everyone is friendly the staff are always doing a great job, I meet Franklyn at the counter and he is very nice. The girls at the front counter are always with a smile on their face and receive everyone with a positive attitude. This is literally my favorite gym because the area is quiet and it has a parking spot.

From day one when I signed up at the Hawthorne location, Jeslyn has been absolutely amazing. So welcoming helpful nd made the process relaxed. She showed me around the new place without hesitation. I chose Hawthorne because it was new nd pretty close by. Due to some set backs I haven't been going. Today I took the leap, and Crystal nd Jeslyn were there to help me settle in. I was nervous but they both reassured me that the first step is showing up. Their words of encouragement made my work out feel fulfilling.
Awhile back I went to the newer one in Elmwood Park to see how it was once they opened nd the manager was a complete A-hole *Gary*. It's literally in walking distance from me. That was a very big plus but due to the lack of customer service I walked out. They didn't show me around or make any attempt to do so. I felt rushed nd very uncomfortable there. Not friendly or a good look for a new establishment trying to gain business. I'm so glad I stuck with Hawthorne. Way to go ladies you won me over with you're 5 🌟 treatment

Crystal, at the front desk, was very sweet. She showed me all of the gym’s amenities, for example, what the colors of the stickers on each machine mean, where free weights and machines vs. cardio and resistance training stations are. She also showed me the PERKS, such as the total body enhancement machine, massage chairs, TANNING BEDS (there are 3 by the way-one with hybrid light therapy!) and she kindly, allowed me a 10 min hydromassage experience, chef’s kiss. She was very thorough with the pricing breakdown, specifically, as to WHEN I will be charged and HOW MUCH (dates and tax included info., provided leaving you with ZERO SURPRISES on your payment days!).
She provided me with a knowledgeable and thorough understanding of the facility and made me feel heard, as well as very welcomed! All of that whilst occasionally assisting Spanish-speaking members. #MultitaskerForTheWin!
There were many members, in and out, as she lead me through my tour, but it also was not too crowded.
I definitely felt the, “No Judgement Zone,” vibes 100%!

I went with the PF Black Card Membership! We all need that little extra TLC & light therapy, especially during these dark long winter months!
The gym itself was very clean and organized.

Today was my first day at Planet and I loved the welcoming tour! Cooper was an amazing guide and gave me all the details I needed to start my journey in planet fitness! Loved the experience!!

I had a fantastic experience at the Planet Fitness located in Hawthorne, New Jersey, and I'm delighted to share my detailed review. Marisa goes above and beyond for me whenever I come here. They are always proactive in making sure the gym is clean and checking in to make sure all guests are accommodated. 10/10 planet fitness location where I’ll be coming for a while.

Inais and the staff are really cool, always giving a really welcoming and chill vibe when I come in. Really cool, gym itself is totally worth the membership.

Mark at Planet Fitness was amazing. He was extremely helpful, personable and explained everything leading me to make the decision to join Planet Fitness. He helped me every step of the way!

I went in to sign up at this new location. It’s big and super clean. Not super crowded either because it is brand new, which I love. When I walked in I saw as greeted by Melvin. He was super helpful, explained everything to me and made sure I was aware of the app, which I download immediately after leaving the gym lol, and it’s helps me with check-in and making sure the gym isn’t crowded around the times I wanted to go . He made the sign-up process super easy and comfortable. So glad I came in and signed up today!

Inais was very helpful! She is always so nice when she sets me up for the amenities in the black card spa. She also helped me sign up and is very professional as well. She also speaks Spanish which is very helpful to me as well.

I had a really good experience at this specific location. I had set up my account and the young lady that helped me Haylee Velasquez was very informative and helpful super professional. I just suggested if you sign up ask for her but overall an excellent experience!

Guillermo has such a fresh energy that honestly was refreshing, this gym environment seems great and can’t wait to come back!
