Yea Jip BBQ 옛집

Very spacious Korean BBQ restaurant in New Jersey. Both service and food were great. I ordered dishes not kbbq, but their dishes are also delicious.

Pajun (5/5): scallion/seafood pancake was crispy and delicious
Galbi Stone Pot Rice (5/5): beef quality was great and the sauce was very flavorful
Bulgogi Stew (4/5): beef quality was great but I would rather get Bulgogi bbq next time

ONE OF THE TOP 3 MEALS I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! I haven't been too educated on Korean cuisine, but this was truly a memorable experience. This place had everything you want in a restaurant. Where to start...

The restaurant is spacious with tons of seating. The tables have the grill built into the center and all your grilled meals get prepared right in front of you. The staff is one of the friendliest and most accommodating I have seen. They were absolutely wonderful and I can't thank them enough. At first glance, I thought the prices were alittle bit high, but the amount of food you get off every item could feed a family of 5.

The food is out of this world. The flavor combinations are so unique and hit my tastebuds like a truck! We were educated on how to roll up various combinations into a lettuce leaf or radish slice and each bite was better than the last. The marinades, fresh ingredients, and combinations were absolutely insane.

This place is an absolute must! I can't say enough positive things about this place!

It's the best place to try Korean BBQ or Korean food, definately worth ever penny. They also offer a lot of side dishes are free of charge.

The food was absolutely delicious, however, it felt slightly overpriced. The bbq is pricey but tasty. You definitely get what you pay for! I also ordered soup which, paired with the bbq, is a match made in heaven. 😇🤩🥄 Would recommend for a nice date or dinner.

Lovely kbbq restaurant in Fort Lee! Had a huge and delicious meal, waitress was also great with food allergies and vegetarian options. Banchan was great as well

The food is outstanding and the staff is very friendly. Theyre very quick and alert. Had 3 servings of the duck with kimchi today and it was really good! My hands kept going for more even when i was full. Will definitely come back for more.

This restaurant serves up excellent Korean BBQ with a large spread of banchan and their kimchi is particularly delicious. The service was very fast and friendly and it tends to fill up pretty quick during peak lunch and dinner times.
Really important to know is that this place is BYOB so bring some soju, beers or wine if you're looking to wash it down with something other than water or tea.
There's a small parking lot for customers directly adjacent to the restaurant which is nice because street parking can be hard to come by. There's also a large municipal parking lot down the block in case you run out of parking options.

Good foods and great service here.
Valet parking behind of restaurant. Don't need to look for parking on main Street.
Main steet is nerrow and busy. Not easy to park.
Especially, staffs are auper duper friendly.

Side dishes are fantastic. Many different kind of tasty dishes.

Yea Jip BBQ was a pleasant surprise for my wife and me. Service was outstanding, food was impeccable, and the atmosphere was terrific. The Pajun, Jaeyuk, and Ohjing Uh are all fantastic. All of the staff were attentive and professional.

I had a very nice experience here. I like the seats and tables, very nicely furnished. The service was really great and the good was delicious. Definitely coming here again!

The best kbbq place in fort lee! If you have four people, the perfect set is 2 pork bellies, 1 marinated beef short rib, 1 cold noodle, 1 (small) seafood pancake, and 4 diet cokes. The entire set is about $176. I'm always happy when I get dinner here after a nice round of golf. Never disappoints. Keep cooking!

If you still have space, you can go to machi machi for boba or matcha cafe for ice cream. Also can buy some smiskis at the kpop shop next doors. Perfect day.

We've been here multiple times and have never once been disappointed. The service is prompt and polite, and the food is always delicious. The staff is wonderful in helping us navigate the menu.

Great staff who help cook the food for you. They were super friendly and the food was really good. Overall a great experience it’s BYOB. It was a slow night so maybe that’s why they helped us but they offered great recommendations and switched out the pan when it got dirty or sticky. Great spot for friends or family.

Before coming here, my favorite AYCE was The Meat Bros but I rated them a 4 because I think there is an unevenness between their price and quality and there were some issues with the hot food in their buffet bar being cold. Well, move aside Bros cause THIS is my new favorite AND they get 5 stars.

Sure they don't have as much selection and there's no buffet bar, but that's fine with me because what they do have tastes great! Today I ate a ton and not a single thing dissapointed me. Their full menu is $30, not $35 like most of the places in the area and their staff is super friendly and helpful.

If there's one issue it would be parking. I heard they do valet but I'm not sure. I actually parked on the street and paid the meter. Four quarters for an hour. There's also a parking app but it requires that you load $20 first which is a heck no for me since I rarely park in Fort Lee.

Anyway, go! Get past the parking and go lol.

Right off the main street of Fort Lee, this unassuming Korean BBQ spot offers excellent service and very well prepared food. Please be warned, this place is a bit upscale and pricy, it is not all-you-can-eat. It serves as a great date on the pricier side if you consider yourself a foodie and like very-well made Korean dishes. Even the banchan 반찬 (side dishes) were made with quality and care that you won't find at most places. The ajumeoni 아주머니 (aunties) working there are friendly and their service is impeccable.

Excellent Korean restaurant. I went with three of my Korean friends from Seoul and they had no complaints. The service was prompt and friendly and the food delicious.

I would recommend it.

Came here with my fiancé tonight and I can’t wait to come back! The food is phenomenal and the customer service is outstanding. The owner went above and beyond to explain all the dishes and even showed us the best way to eat them when they were prepared! It was so welcoming that I felt as though I was at a close friends for dinner. This is a new favorite for sure-came wait to return with friends!
