Kaiser Permanente North Lancaster Medical Office

I would like to point out that Veronica at North Lancaster from Lab department is the best one I have known! she is just amazing, very caring, very careful at treating her patients, super friendly! and just being around her u don't even feel pain! Her attitude and personality brings sunshine when we come there! As must as I hate to draw blood, but her presence just gives me the strength and the way she has taken care of me when I was there! My family and I enjoy coming to her and her taking blood is so professional, super tender and makes you feel and treats you special every time! we love her! hoping she will stay there 4-ever! If more people like her would exist - our world would be more happier and blessed!

Re: Dr. Hayes. This is one of the most person centered doctors I have ever had in my medical history. He's friendly, funny, and down to earth. I really appreciate his willingness to look at holistic options and his ability to have hard conversations as well. Great doctor.

Sarah greeted me with a smile and courtesy, conducted necessary informational questions demonstrating knowledge and competence, and kept me informed regarding the doctor’s imminent visit. We had an appointment with the Lactation Specialist, Wendy. She is invaluable and the most genuinely kind professional we’ve encountered at Kaiser. Her knowledgeable and passionate approach made the appointment so understanding and put us, first time parents, at ease. Since having our daughter a couple of weeks ago, the appointments with Wendy have by far been the most helpful. We would be so lost without this resource and we are so fortunate to have been able to spend ample time with her to leave the office feeling confident in caring for our baby. Thank you, Wendy!

Crystal Neideigh was exceptionally nice and made me feel so much better! Very caring and thorough! The nurses were also wonderful! Overall a very nice experience!

I found both Dr.Kim and Carissa to be very welcoming and compassionate during my visit at this facility. Dr.Kim was extremely professional and thorough and was communicating in a clear manner to where I could grasp full understanding of our conversation. She was very helpful. I appreciated their services.

My experience at Keiser North Lancaster was everything that it should be! My primary doc is wonderfully kind and actually listens. She's extremely easy to talk to and makes me feel heard. I have never had a care team as committed and comfortable as this. Thank you so much!

Dr. Diaz and her assistant Alejandra were amazing. Alejandra has an excellent sense of humor which helped me to relax. Dr. Diaz was attentive and addressed everything I came in to see her about. This was my first visit with her and I’m happy she is my new primary care provider!!

Was referred to Dermatology and saw Dr. Widman who was absolutely amazing! As was his nurse, Connie! So accommodating and very patient with me, as I was super nervous. Thank you for the great care!

Dr nordberg was amazing at listening to my concerns and helping resolve them. She is a great listener and took time to really communicate her thought process and what we were doing. Top notch!

I want to recognize Dr. Hella Nordberg for her excellent, friendly bedside manner and informative discussion. Her greeting of “sorry you have to be here today” was compassionate and delightful. She is a skilled physician and a joy to interact with. Please tell her I said so.
Additionally, the check-in nurse for urgent care was very helpful when I had an additional question I wanted to ask before determining if I needed to check in to Urgent Care today. I don’t remember his name, Carlos, perhaps. He was also very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Hanson is so gentle, kind, knowledgeable, professional as well as such a good listener and very respectful. I enjoy coming to him as I know I will be treated very well, and I can trust his medical judgment.

Tanya, the medical assistant is also very sweet, respectful, and professional.

Both she and Dr. Hanson have a warmth about them. They seem to care about the patient and want the best for them.

Dr. Widman and his nursing staff were amazing! I was seriously impressed by how quickly I was called back and how quickly Dr. Widman arrived. He clearly explained everything and expressed great empathy for me. And to top it off the pain of the steroid injections was much less than I anticipated. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Kaiser dermatology!!!

From the start speaking with rhe advise nurse to registration to the nurse at registration everybody that I have come into contact with has gone above and beyond. I am new to Keizer Permanente and they all made me feel welcomed.

Giving was great taking blood from my 10 year old grandson. He was upset because the last time hurt. Giving did not hurt him. He like this time. Great job Gigi. He sees Dr Connelly. We are very happy with our visits and how caring he is.

Margaret Kim attended to my health history, listened to my questions and did an excellent job of assessing my needs at this first visit to KP as a senior new to Medicare. She gave me honest and current information about meds, ordered labs and tests appropriate to my stage of life, and the appointment was concise but very informative because of her professionalism. Dr. Kim, thank-you.

Veronica at North lancaster lab is amazing!
I have never had a phlobotomist that good to take care of me with my bad veins. She's very professional, very friendly, kind abd caring. I wS very satisfied with the care I received and will continue going to the N lancaster KP and request Veronica for my blood work or any other labs required.

Dr. Ferreiro was caring, understanding, and listened to my concerns. She is the best doctor I have had at Kaiser. Couldn’t say enough good things about my experience with this appointment.

Jason Bishop is absolutely the best doctor I have seen at Kaiser. He is always so attentive and caring. He takes his time and your concerns seriously. Elaine his MA is absolutely wonderful and kind. I can’t say enough good things about the two of them.
