Great park. I come here with my dog a lot and he likes it too. It feels super safe at all hours.

This is by far my favorite place to go and clear my mind. As a local you don't really pay much attention to this place, but there's tons of history behind it - and more importantly it's a little bit of green in the concrete jungle of Hudson County.

This is a nice park. Has a big pond in the middle to walk around. You can now kayak in that pond. You have to rent one from there, not sure if you can use your own. Nice redone dog park. They are currently remodeling the playground area for the kids. They took down everything including the water park. Everything will be new. A few ball fields, soccer field. Has a stadium for football games as well. In that area there is exercise equipment to use as well. So much to enjoy here.

Very good park to walk around. There's a small forest as well.

Beautiful park with ample space to relax on the grass or have a picnic. We brought our grill and grilled some meats and veggies. Came here at 6pm but people were still here with their kids and family. Walked around the lake which was so relaxing and great way to end the weekend. There’s a really nice tennis court which I want to try out next time!

Beautiful park with a café, tennis courts and basketball courts and animals - grey herons, ducks, many turtles and many others. Clean with many benches and grass fields to relax and enjoy the quiet and colorful environment. Gratitude for all the people maintaining it during the pandemic!

Love this park. You will always find beautiful animals going around. The lake is one of the best part of this park. Perfect place to spend time with friends or family. Many things you can do here since the area is huge. The park keeps changing little by little, but its charm still there not matter what. I'll recommend to go during Winter after a snow day. The view is beautiful.

Gorgeous recreation area, in the midst of a tight living space in bustling NJ. Once you do get there, it’s very rejuvenating. Plenty of free and metered parking is available. Lovely, well maintained play area for kids. Also, has a nice walking/jogging track around a very well maintained lake. Plenty of areas to sit around and have a lil picnic too.

UPDATE: THURSDAY, AUGUST 31, 2023, 8:45PM: This evening, I went to the Farmer's Market, mainly to buy from Book Haven Books, but was happy to buy a jar of creamed Honey from Gingko Farms, as well as some potatoes, tomatoes and a GORGEOUS green zucchini from Nolasco Farms. Pancitos, the Cuban food truck was a beautiful surprise. It was near the Veteran's Memorial, which looks very new, although I think it has been there for around four years or so.

UPDATE: THURSDAY, APRIL 13, 2023, 4:57PM: It was my first time back at this lovely park in a very long time. I saw ducks and geese, and for the first time, turtles! This park remains very clean, and such an abundance of benches for sitting.

UPDATE: SUNDAY, JULY 31, 2022: Today was my first time back in this park since mid-to-late 2020. I love this park very much. I love the variety of trees, the walking trails, the abundance of available benches (especially for those of who continue to socially distance as much as possible, the Nature's Park Cafe and, of course, the lake. I was surprised to learn that, according to Google Maps, this park is open 24 hours a day. Most parks are open from dawn until Dusk. It was nice going to this park on a Sunday, but as I rarely go on weekends. It was a truly lovely visit and I promise I shall not allow another two years to go by before returning.

I love this park. It is big and beautiful, great for walking or jogging for exercise, great for sitting on a bench with a book, great for watching the birds, or enjoying a little slice of Mother Nature. It is a very relaxing park.

Beautiful park with a nice pond to walk around for exercise or to enjoy some nature in the middle of town… a full lap of the pond is about .88 of a mile. There are ducks, fish and turtles in the pond.

Braddock Park is simply stunning! All the Hudson County parks were in need of upgrades. I hope to continue to enjoy more picnics, time and fun here.

It's not Central Park but this is New Jersey. It's a great place to get away and enjoy a break. Great Lake but it's shallow, I guess it would be good for ice skating in the winter. If I lived here I would come often.

beautiful place to go, a lot of beautiful squirrels around, the park has a public gym lol they have a place to play tennis too, this is the best park in New jersey if you ask me.

Great park, lots of green areas, huge kids playground, water splash area, tennis courts and more. I take my 3.5 yr old daughter there 3-4 times a week.

I have loved this park since I was a teenager. I take my kids here now. There have been many improvements to it. The pond is really nice to walk around. You can see NYC if you go to one side of the park by Blvd East. There is a soccer field, baseball field, football field, two playgrounds. One for smaller kids. You can also walk/run around the track and there's a fitness hub as well.

Luscious green lawns. One can read, sunbathe or map.Beautiful man made lake one can walk around and relax. Beautiful people and atmosphere.
