They started out as family... But that family relationship died with the introduction of money... Now they have two locations and they can't or won't even answer the phone!
Classic example of why CVS, Walgreens, and Duane Reade are taking over... And after 3+ years I'm working on taking my business elsewhere... Now if they would just answer the effing phone! Cuz they have banker's hour too! And I have a life!
