Did a great job all around. Staff was professional and courteous. They helped me with my rental car which was dropped off a the body shop. They repaired the car quickly and it looks like new.

Excellent service and work. I have a new to the market truck that was rear ended. I was quoted over 6 weeks for parts at other facilities and united had the truck ready in half the time.

My friends and I have been using it for years. Always high quality job and reasonable prices. Same owner for 30 years. They are always busy so call ahead. Highly recommended

Sam and team did a great job restoring my Honda back to showroom condition. Due to a common issue my minivan paint started peeling on the roof and they stripped and repainted the whole roof as well as fixing all the scratches and dents I had on the car from 10 years of ownership. Thank you for a great job!

I've worked with a few body shops in the area and United Collision is by far the best in terms of quality of work, management, communication, and turn around time -- I had ordered a new front bumper and the day it arrived, it was primed, painted, and put on the car ready for pickup. Paint job was clean, smooth, and even, without dimpling. I can't say enough about the owner Sam. He runs a tight ship, cares about his customers, and will go out of his way to make sure your car comes out exactly how you want and expect it. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

My wife's Ford Escape got rear ended was told by the drivers Ins. Which is Liberty Mutual to take to United Collision was a little worried about having work performed by Company that’s works for the insurance of the guilty party, But I have to say that after meeting with Sam and Rich and experiencing the professionalism and exceptional work couldn’t be happier. I was told that my car would be ready in a week and was called three Days later to let me know the work was complete and the car could get picked up definitely maid a customer out of me with the outstanding work m. Thank you Sam, Rich and all workers for a outstanding experience!!!!!!

from 4 unfortunate incidents with my car, that caused severe damage , im so glad i found this shop..when i first went here i was a fairlawn resident so i figured give this shop a chance..let me tell you now i live farther away , i will still use them!!..between sam and rich in the front counter area with more than 90 yrs experience in the field between the 2 of them ...you cant find a better knowledgeable pair..the work from their team of technicians, on a scale of 1-10 is 9.3...(hey nobody is perfect ;) )..in any case, i am extremely pleased with their work and if you ever have to pay for a job out of pocket, let them know..they will work with you,the best they can..keep up the good work guys! and happy holidays..ciao

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I went to a body shop about a year ago after being in an accident, and it was never done right. The previous shop I went to was Ben’s Auto Body in North Haledon and they didn’t care about my car or how I felt about the services they did. I went to United Collision a couple of months ago and they fixed all the repairs that the previous body shop didn’t do correctly or missed. The employees are incredible and they’re always friendly and kind!!! They helped me so much - Dita Zhaku

I was Refered to Sam at united C by more then one person in my town . As soon as I contacted Sam, I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism . It is refreshing to come across a good and reputable local business especially an auto body shop in your own backyard.

I had a 2018 MDX w/advance package (important to note due to the location of the sensors) painted here. They did the rear bumper which is a massive assembly. Color match looks better than the yellowish factory paint that is on the bumpers. Fast and efficient. Recently turned in the vehicle to the dealer, no one could recognize the respray.

Sam has always done a solid job for me over the years. Even if there's an issue he'll make sure it's to your liking and always goes the extra mile.
