Anyone who does any interior design knows that it not only about the look and quality of products you pick for your home... but how they get installed. Kaprelian installers are masters at their craft. Every step was measured, cut and finished on site! Just look at the result!

Glenn and team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were always available to answer any questions, updating us through the process of ordering, delivering and installing our brand new engineered hardwood floor. We were looking to finish our basement (floor and carpet) and had shopped around several stores. We ended up going with Kaprelian and could not be happier with our decision. We are budget conscious but also very picky. Although we received (very marginally) cheaper quotes from other places (even left a deposit at a much larger wholesale/discount place - and for which many angry phone calls had to be made to get back the deposit despite being assured initially there was no obligation and it was completely refundable), we ultimately chose Glenn (the owner of Kaprelian) who really came off as way more personable, knowledgable, honest and more than just an over eager, pushy "carpet salesman." In addition to basic carpet and floor installation, we also required some self-leveling cement (my husbands own insistence - again, picky). Glenn was there from start to finish and was very easy accessible and accommodating (we had to reschedule install a couple times). He and his team clearly take a lot of pride in their work and care about the consumer. My husband was impressed by the meticulousness in the install. Overall, very happy with our choice and the value and would recommend Kaprelian to anyone.
