After the 2nd place I called the first two were disappointing, I really lucked out on my third call. The person answering the phone sorry I forgot your name, I think Scott, was funny and made me feel less stressed about not being able to get out of my back door.I have a huge dog to take out plus it's not safe not being able to get out your back door. Benny came the same day which was important, and did a great job. My lock works better than the original. My door even closes better for some reason. Benny checked my front door as well, as it has the same lock. Thank God the price was right because you never know who to call first when you check on line, and who you can trust. Thank you.

These guys were great. I bought a Medco lock and called over 6 different lock smiths to make a copy, none of them could. Bergen was the only place I found that were able to get me a copy of the keys.

These guys are straight up professional, friendly, they got jokes and they take care of you. I highly recommend them and I will definitely look to them in the future. Don’t sleep on these guys.
