Logan was the person who assisted us in finding the right bed for our needs. He was professional, knowledgeable and very patient as we tested beds. He has a good Sense of humor and was able to answer all of our questions. I will definitely come back to Mattress Firm because of the great Service Logan provided

Lexus was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of insight on the different mattress we were looking at. Their perks are usually pretty great too

Went in to buy a simple bed-frame I had looked at online, and the gentleman was very helpful and gave me a small consideration discount since the in-store price was higher than the online listing.

Okay, Mattress firm has been wonderful to work with. All the employees were kind and helpful. I mainly went through Gwendolyn for both my transactions. She was great at explaining the credit part and setting up delivery. Logistics are well run here as well with delivery and set up. I tested and bought a nectar and wasn’t sleeping well on it. ( Not enough support) I’m 130lbs, 5’10”and I was sinking unevenly. Within a week I reached out and got a response from her in 10 minutes. Went the next day and found a mattress similar to my old memory foam one. This one is perfect! Gwendolyn made the exchange process as simple as could be. I now have a great bed! I would do business with them again.

The evening shift was amazing guy. He made our experience so nice and easy. I highly recommend buying from this store. Could not be happier with knowledge on the beds and not super pressured.

I had a good experience with Mattress Firm about a month ago. Gwen spent an hour showing me options and explaining stuff. I wasn’t ready to close the deal yet but I came back twice because i felt comfortable in their business. Today I purchased a mattress that they will deliver, not next week sometime but tomorrow! I have also received a text to confirm my delivery and offered a chance to review my purchase and I’m giving these people high marks. Thank you Gwen and Larry. That 52 mile delivery didn’t slow anybody down in our deal. Thanks again!

Demetri was awesome. He did a great job giving us sound advice on all the mattresses we tried and did not hover, giving us space to decide without any pressure. We chose a Beautyrest mattress and will give a new review once it is delivered and we try it out for a bit. All in all a great buying experience.
