Sarah McGill, MD

I have had the pleasure of having been treated by Dr McGill for almost 2 years now. She and her team have been phenomenal! Dr. McGill has always been a consummate professional. She always listens and is always kind. She has always taken my concerns seriously and has been steadfast and accurate in her treatments. I fee completely comfortable in her care and I highly recommend her.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. McGill. I truly believe she cares about all her patients and treats them as individuals and not just numbers on a chart. She always strives to help me through all my health care concerns. She actually listens when I discuss concerns I have and does her best to solve the issues. I would give Dr. McGill 50 stars if I could. I plan to have her as my Doctor as long as she is available.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Sarah McGill today and she couldn't have made a better first impression. I am always a bit anxious about going to the doctor, especially a new one, but Dr McGill made me feel right a home. The office staff was great too.

Dr. McGill is very nice keeps appointments on time and listens to her patients which is a rare thing to find in Doctors these days.

Dr. Sarah McGill took over as my PCP since my other dr. left the Clarksville Medical Center. My first visit with Dr. McGill I was told that my meds prescribed to me ( for anxiety ) were not going to be prescribed anymore. She ordered a blood test, which is what I was hoping. She put me on vitamins after my blood work came back. I was happy, but there was a zoom meeting and another request for me to have my blood drawn, again, in 30days in order to see how the vitamins were working. After my initial in office, first round of blood work and zoom call- I was paying attention to the medical billing I would be facing. Happy to know nothing serious was going on; diabetes or thyroid issues was my concern. I told this dr. on the zoom call I will need to wait until my benefits renewed because I was no where close to meeting my OOP and this would just be another expense that I needed to schedule out ( 5 months). I also told this dr. on the zoom call, I wasn't sure if the anxiety medication was working.
Dr. McGill's Nurse Practitioner called me to schedule a blood test and I refused. The nurse told me Dr. McGill was going on maternity leave and wanted my results - I then told the nurse about me telling Dr. McGill I was going to need to wait to get blood work done and I Wasn't worried about her going on maternity leave and I asked if she could follow up with me when she gets back. Immediately within two weeks- My vitamins were no longer being filled. She prescribed me an anxiety medication that has been discontinued, she called in 5 of those refills but cut off my vitamins. That sounds kind of usual? Okay, but then I get a pink slip in the mail to sign for a pick up. I have to go through all the hoops, to get a termination letter from Dr. Sarah McGill. She fired me and called in like an unnecessary amount of an anxiety medicine I told her didn't work for me. What this dr. did was insulting and very petty- NOT AT ALL reasonable or professional. Trust me I don't want to put my info on blast, in fact it's taking me a while to determine I will. I just want someone to know how they can be treated as a billing partner NOT a patient by this "DR." Who does not hold her oath to treat patients very importantly.
