The name has changed but, the store is the same. At least, I didn't notice anything different as in stock, etc. I'm impressed with the customer service and all the employees there that day were kind and willing to help me in any way. That's rare nowadays. Seems like everytime I go in a store to go shopping the workers have a tendency to make you feel like a burden. If you need anything for your home or farm this is the place to go! Lots of stock in store and tons of feed/treats for all kinds of animals. Anything you would need to take care of your fur babies is here. Reminds me of Tractor Supply with a small town feel. Check them out!

Went in this morning when they opened, and the store was already very busy. There was one particular young lady who was hustling around, very focused on her job. She was still very attentive to the customers around her. She was calm, collected, helping customers, all the while troubleshooting to make sure things continued to go smoothly for the customers.

I used to manage people. If I were still in that position, I'd give her an application and ask her to apply. This was the best service I can ever remember receiving.

Love the Orscheln here in town! I've been ready for chick days a long time now. Plus, they have some neat beekeepers equipment that I can't wait to get! The folks are super helpful and friendly, as well!

Me and my Niece picked out some pretty flowers to plant and she got to see the baby chicks and ducks..

Great place. They stock my wife's rabbit's favorite food. Being an electrician it's nice to know they have tools and material nearby in a pinch.

They were awesome! Erin helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and helped me get signed up for a loyalty card, too. I always try to shop locally for what I need whenever I can. So glad to have them here in town. Thanks so much!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping here. I have to give Kudos to one of their employees named Rachael. She was VERY helpful. I needed an obscure lawnmower key duplicated and cut. Every other business I've asked flat out told me no. No one else would let me explain that the center locking grooves doesn't matter for my mower, only the two large grooves at the base of the key and the teeth matter. Rachael was willing to give it a shot with a similarly proportioned blank key. It took a couple of dud keys but she eventually produced a key that looked similar to mine. I got home, put it in my riding lawnmower and it fired right up! So now, if I lose the original key, I won't be forced to replace the entire starter! Excellent service!

Needed some sandals.. The manager Jenny went above and beyond with customer service. The people in that town don't seem very friendly! But at this store I got more for my money, and the ladies that work there have excellent service.

This is my only local hardware store. It is handy, the staff is friendly. Your choices are limited but it beats driving 13 miles if you need anything. Good prices and selection on pet food. They have a weekly sale paper and reward program.

They have herbs and landscaping plants.

I like the store. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Just wish they took better care of their plants.

Great place to get all you feed and farm supplies

Its a farm store. They have farm stuff and some things you may need around the house. Always pleasant people working there willing to help you out. A little more than a big box store for price but not a hassle to go in and find help like a big box store.

Just purchased an outdoor garden pergola from Orscheln's Charlestown, Ind., store. The customer service was great! Mardi, the assistant manager, went out of her way to help me. I felt as though I were buying something from a family-owned business rather than a big-box store.

Love supporting my local store it's always clean, and friendly staff ready to help if you need it.

Very helpful staff. The chicken feed I wanted was not on the shelf at the store. The young man working went outside and found what I needed and brought it to me.
