I am still awaiting a call or correspondence its been 3 months since I filed my divorce.

Every time I call I get the nicest, professional lady named Ivette, she is very professional, kind and such a lovely person to speak to. Her customer service is amazing. On the other hand I have been waiting for my divorce( which is mutual agreement) for 11 months. They should take every divorce that is easy like mine and set them aside and just process them since is mutual agreement

The worse. Judges all bias. Favors woman. Regardless of how bad. Amazing how bad family court is so corrupt.

Nov 15 the judge room 952 threatened me I will sue court and judge you don't threatened anyone judge

I called for help because I was being threatened for my life & the cops arrived 2 hours later ! I could have been dead & none of them would have cared. Worst police department I’ve ever experienced

Filed divorce 18 months ago. Despite calling, emailing various people, I do not get a simple answer when my case will be hear. My lawyer is also trying, but nothing from this court. I understand covid pandemic has caused a lot delays, but please we need the court to work more hard to help out residents of this county.

I filed for my divorce in March of last yr. I understand Covid has changed a lot of procedures but the last time I received a call was in August. I was told that I would receive something in the mail by the 1st week of Nov and if i didn't to then call them.... Well it is now Jan and I have been calling since Nov. I've left numerous messages and have yet to be contacted. I've even left messages on the supervisors voice mails.. This is just outrageous now. Some needs to do their damn job.

The Worst. They send you a letter saying be there at 830am. Then there's a note on the door that's say please expect to stay from 830am til 430pm, (Huh). They need to learn how to schedule. They have no respect for other people's time except their own. I was relieved to go to Bergen County.

I be coming over here 4 times to get custody paper nd i cant goes upstair nd the security can go upstair to bring the person downstair bad experience

They dont even deserve a 1 star disgrace to our justice system

THIS OFFICE IS ALWAYS CROWDED AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE‼

Been here since 8:30am and was told at 4:00pm to come back the next day

They don't know how to answer a phone and don't let you finish talking when they do.

Blatant disregard of people.
