Metropolitan Day Spa

Well first, when you walk in, you are greeted warmly with hellos! The spa is elegantly decorated with chandeliers and just oh so pretty and so clean. (I am older, more fussy so cleanliness is important to me.) You are immediately invited to pick your colors and have a seat. The whole staff, from receptionist to nail technicians, all are so sweet. I received a mani/pedi. I had 2 different nail technicians, each was superb in their field. First my mani. I find it hard to relax when getting a mani because they press too hard to remove old color but she was gentle - without me having to say anything. She was very precise and diligent about have clean lines for my manicure. Finished off with a firm massage that I couldn't fight and succumbed to a blissful state of relaxation. My nails, what nails? Lol The mini massage was a slice of heaven, my nails were beautiful. Second, my pedicure. Again, I find it difficult to relax. I have painful ingrown toe nails. Plus, I am ticklish. So I tend to tense up. Seated on a comfortable bench adorn with beautiful pillows. Greeted warmly again. Submerge your tired feet into warm water... ahhh. Then she confirmes the color you chose and she gets to work. We all know the massage is the best part and it was! They also use hot rocks... so good! She too, was very diligent and attentive to every detail. I told her she didn't have to be so meticulous because no one sees my toes. The response, "you do!" So sweet. It was the first time I thoroughly enjoyed, relaxed and felt pampered. I have my own beauty business, I sell SeneGence. So when I pose for product shots, my nails have to be on point! Have been going here consistently for a few months. Very clean and relaxing environment. They spread their appointments out nicely. My nails always look great and very relaxed when I leave. The staff is super.

Great service always. I have been coming regularly for years, and I always get the best metro spa pedicure and uv gel refill. My favorite services are their eyelash extensions!! They offer a variety of sets, which I have tried them all and love. Highly recommend

Tiffany is and has been my lash tech for the past year. I love her. Appointments are easy to get, she is always on time, professional and personable. My lashes stay, beautifully, for a month at a time. 10/10 I highly recommend

I always wanted to come to Metropolitan nail and spa glad I did. I had a wonderful pedicure and it was such a relaxing atmosphere I will be back again.

Good service, very clean. The staff are friendly. I don't know anyone that likes the feeling of getting waxed. Pretty painless here. The owner Mi Mi, takes good care of you.

Lisa is a wonderful colorist and hair dresser. Today my highlights and haircut came out beautiful! Thank you Lisa! She is so meticulous! I would highly recommend her! Also, the facility is taking the proper measures to make sure everyone is safe. They took my temperature and made sure everyone had a mask. Everything was super clean.

I have had the best experiences here with facials! Briten does an amazing facial.
I also do my nails and pedicure here and I love it.

Tiffany is AMAZING at lashes! I’ve tried other places, and she is the absolute best. I lose almost none of them and they look so good from day 1 to day 14 before I get them redone. She is gentle and quick and very sweet. I love coming here ❤

I have been going to Metropolitan since it opened. The staff, services and the owner Mimi is very attentive, professional and caring to her customers. They ensure all customers are treated well and are happy with the quality of service they are receiving.

I cannot tell you more. This salon is top notch comparing to other surrounding areas. They are clean and are always disinfecting all areas, which is very important especially now with COVID.

Would not trade Metropolitan for any other place.

Just had an amazing Pedi done (I went with the metro spa/lavender). I had Gina & she was gentle, did an amazing job. My message was everything I needed. I've been here a few times before, precovid, & I've always been satisfied with the services.

Go to groupon & get their special for lashes! I got mine done and they look beautiful. I wanted a more natural look and that's exactly what I got. I'm grateful I found a place that treated me & eyelashes well. This is my first time getting my eyelash extensions done and the first time going to this spa. Thank you !

I bought a groupon for this spa for an eye lash extension full set plus a two week fill. I was very happy with my service and john did my initial full set while a Nana had done my two week fill and I highly recommend them both. ive since gotten a manicure pedicure and a facial with microdermabrasion and I must say this establishment is wonderful and filled with great employees.
