Our experience is definitely the exception and not the rule, but we bought a sectional couch from West Elm and we love it even a year later.

We received it within a month and the delivery process was smooth. I was worried because we do have a cat, but even when he's tried to scratch at the material, it's been extremely durable. Hopefully that stays the case.

We love West Elm and specially this store because of the above and beyond customer service we always get from the store personnel. Richie Lascar is always so professional and attentive with all clients. He helped us with our questions about a sofa we want to get. He took his time to answer all my questions. Thank you Richie you are the best!

I have been working with Kat (from the Paramus store's in-home design consultation service) for several months to design my living room and she is absolutely phenomenal. I have been considering several options and changing my mind often and asking ALL the questions and she has been there for all of it. She has changed my experience with West Elm to make it more personal and I can't say enough good things about her and her service.

I recently made two separate purchases from this West Elm for my apartment. I went in December 2022 to purchase a dining room table and chairs. Anita helped me through the process, and I bought an as-is floor sample table and two as-is floor sample Finley chairs, all of which were in tact but understandably worn. (At the time, I also placed an online order for four new Finley chairs to be delivered to the West Elm closest to my new place to pick up at a later date.) I came to pick the floor sample items up a few days later and noticed one of the chairs' legs missing its peg. I spoke with the manager (John) who was able to remedy the situation and provide new chairs in lieu. Satisfied with the outcome, I most recently made a separate order for the West Elm Eddy reversible couch through this store.

While I was not expecting the original chairs to become defective (it happens with floor samples), John remedied the situation, and Anita ensured the original order went smoothly. Thank you both very much; should I know of others looking to make purchases for their homes, I'll direct them to this store for sure!

Ryan was so kind and helpful! I was not expecting to be able to bring home what I needed today because the website said it will take more than two weeks for me to pick them up. But with Ryan’s help, I brought both the dining table and the chairs home. Thank you!

Store staff was extremely helpful. We went there to browse, and one of the designers talked things over with us. I left my email, and she made sure to reach out when they had a sale going, so I was able to purchase several items at less than full price. She also arranged for some of them to be shipped to the store, to avoid shipping charges. We love the design of West Elm, especially when we can get a deal!

My fiancé and I came in today to look for curtains and curtain rods. We had the pleasure of working with Linda who was nothing short of wonderful. She was so personable and really helped us with coloring and material. Would come back to this store again even if just to see and chat with her ! She was so wonderful!

We traveled all the way from Boston to this store in search of furniture. Linked up with John and he was absolutely amazing! He had terrific suggestions, knowledgeable and provided a tremendous experience for us. If you are in the area and shopping for furniture. Do not hesitate to stop by this West Elm location and ask for him. They have great decor and staff!

We like the quality, design and service of WE. Recommend to anyone. Not true that this is a bit better quality than IKEA, it's great quality. I would say to pay attention to "handcrafted" as the word indicates it can have flaws, but you can request a new one if that's the case.

Had a relaxing time, store layout is inviting and inspiring. Super great inspo, staff was relaxed friendly and helpful. Easy to look around and find lots of ideas.

Great furniture, responsible personal. Only one store where I was able to find 'MID CENTURY STYLE FURNITURE'. It took me couple of years to find it.

I recently shopped at the Paramus store, nice items and a fantastic weekend staff. Bravo!
