We love Dr. Holland and all of the staff. We’ve had such a great family experience. They have been so great with our kiddos. Everyone is friendly, and so incredibly kind. If you are even the tiniest bit anxious this is the office for you.

This office is very friendly and informed. The front desk is inviting and makes you feel welcome. The office accepts Medicare and Supplemental Insurance. I went in for a dental cleaning and the Hygienist did excellent work taking great care to make certain I didn’t have any sensitivity as she did my teeth cleaning. I have never sat in more comfortable chairs! I truly had a great experience and highly recommend Dr. Holland.

I always have a wonderful experience with Dr Holland and his team, and HIGHLY recommend them! Heidi and Melissa at the front desk are so pleasant and helpful when scheduling appointments, Bre and the other hygienists take time to listen and answer any questions, and Dr Holland provides high quality care. Such a phenomenal practice!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Ive had anxiety since my last dentist and Dr Holland made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The assistants were so friendly and kind. When i was waiting for my next appointment there was a gentleman making another appt at the front reception desk and there was a language barrier between the two but the reception staff was so patient,willing to go above and beyond with the gentleman and so kind to him. So thank you Mount Pisgah staff for being so amazing. Hands down the best office ive been too.

It's true: they're the best ! The great staff is friendly and they try to get you in on short notice and cancellations. Dr Holland is experienced, has a sense of humor and makes you feel at ease. My first and only dentist here in Eugene.

My visit was a great experience from the front desk staff to the back office staff and Dr. Holland. They were all very caring and I felt like I was the only patient they had that day. The procedure I have to have was thoroughly explained by Dr. Holland and Heidi spent about 15-20 minutes with me breaking down the cost and giving me all of my options. I'm really happy I decided to go to this office, I feel secure knowing I'll be taken care of.

I've been under Dr. Holland's care since he took over for the retiring Dr. Weiss. Dr. Holland has been so kind, patient, and fun to have as a dentist! Their office has a great positive atmosphere. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting the new hygienist, Bree, and she was excellent! She was kind and had a great personality, and was very thorough in cleaning even around my permanent retainers. She had new techniques and great advice that left me feeling very positive about working with her in the future. Thank you for a 5-star experience!

I recently became a patient of Dr. Holland. He and his team are very gracious and the dynamic between them is great to be around. Because of the size of the office and crew, I have felt that the most attention possible has been given to me during each visit and the work has been very professional. Dr. Holland takes the time to follow up with his patients after a procedure and this is a testament to his personable approach. The other patients I see there are visibly happy with their visits as well. I would recommend his office to all people.

My experience with Dr. Holland and his staff was fantastic. They made my wisdom tooth extraction as easy and stress free as I could have hoped for. My appointments were easy to schedule, and everyone I interacted with made sure that I was as comfortable as possible during the process. Their facility was comfortable and welcoming, and made me feel at ease. I would recommend them to anyone, and plan on returning for any dental work I might require.

Dr. Holland and the entire staff are FANTASTIC! I have dentist anxiety (from having a bad experience from an old dentist), and Dr. Holland and his staff have made me feel completely comfortable, safe and at ease since day 1. They are sensitive to my needs, and they do excellent work. Last year they fixed a few chipped teeth, and my smile looks better than ever! I always leave my regular cleaning appointments feeling like they took the time to take care of me, rather than rushing me in and out of the door. Definitely my favorite dentist!

My husband and I have been going to this dental office for about five years. We are always delighted by Rosalind, our hygienist. She's fantastic! Most of the time we are only in need of a cleaning which is why the experience with Rosalind is very important. She's simply delightful. Also, the office staff is wonderfully helpful. We had a snafu with the insurance company and Jill helped us through it with patience and diligence. Finally, we are pleased with Dr. Holland as the replacement for Dr. Weiss. He is attentive and friendly. My husband had a crown placed, and it was pain free and easy.

Dr. Holland and his staff really strive to meet your expectations. The office staff are welcoming and the intimate atmosphere makes it feel like you are more than just another patient. The best part is the 7 am appointments, which always end in time for me to get back to work. I have recommended them to other coworkers and they love them too!

This is the best dentist I have ever been to, civilian or military. The front desk is excellent at what they do! So friendly and helpful with recommendations on how to pay or plan your next visit. Bre and Dr. Holland are so kind, friendly and full of joy in the spirit of service. I appreciate each of you and your staff. It was an amazing experience. I have been going to this dentist office since moving to Eugene in 1996. Thank goodness my friends recommended them to me. Roz is our favorite hygienist. Gentle and yet thorough and always very informative. Seth Holland has done a great job of taking over David Weiss' practice. The office staff are super friendly too.

This dental office is fantastic! Dr. Holland really takes the time to address my concerns and makes sure that the work I'm having done is top notch. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and friendly, really making me feel like they care about my dental health. And they have been more than flexible whenever I've had to reschedule. Great dentist. Great office.

Dr. Holland’s office has the most knowledgeable and friendly staff. My teeth cleanings are always fast yet thorough, and the front desk staff are always so accommodating with scheduling, rescheduling, and sending me reminders. Ros always makes wonderful conversation while cleaning my teeth, and I enjoy catching up with her every six months. The location is lovely- tons of car parking, very easy to get to, and actually quite scenic. And, they have the best magazines here. My one critique is that they don't have a bike rack out front- that would be awesome :)

Me and my husband had such a great experience! Today was our first appointment, and we were very impressed by the COVID precautions being taken. For example air filters and advanced suction technology to mitigate aerosols. It is evident the staff promote safety for patients. Both our hygienists were professional, informative, and gave patient centered care. The dentist Seth Holland was an active listener and gave excellent advice and recommendations for our individual needs. We definitely have found our dentistry home.

Dr. Holland is extremely friendly and professional. His staff is just as wonderful. As someone with anxiety I always feel well taken care of and don't ever feel like I'm being pushed into unnecessary procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Holland and his staff if you're looking for an exceptional and friendly Dentist office.

Excellent service from the time I made an appt as a new client through to follow-up after my visit. DH (Sherry) is fabulous, checks in constantly and asks for consent during the process, very good explanations of what's going on and why, and super gentle with cleaning/X-ray work. Pre-appt paperwork is a great idea and saves a lot of time (love the emphasis on the sleep questionnaire). Had all of my questions answered by office admin, DH, and dentist. Quality fo care is phenomenal and they're great about scheduling, giving directions to the office, and even gifted me a "welcome to the practice" goodie bag. Warm and modern office space, innovative and modern approaches to cleaning/dentistry work, and they really put effort into making a positive experience for clients.

I am writing this review for my husband (Chad) because his gmail account is having technical issues. He wanted to share that he always experiences great customer service in that the staff are always up front and honest about the dental work he needs done and the associated cost. He really appreciates the quality dental work he receives and is glad Dr. Holland is his dentist! Thank you.
