I've only been in this store a couple of times but I must say... Both times have been a very pleasant experience. The staff was very warm and welcoming. They answered my questions without leaving me feeling like I was a bother to them. The store is very clean and very well stocked up.

The process marked ring up higher at the register. They are completely understaffed. The floor yesterday had a giant spill, 1 employee, and a huge line. I walked to dari mart and back before i would've made it through their line. The foods good when fresh and the employees are nice enough.

It is ran by the worst owners which the office is west of store. They over work employees amd promise all kinds of raises for management, which never comes thru.also their general cashier's etc. Treated badly. I know this from a family and their personal experience. This company or franchise in Eugene area, should not be allowed to treat people this way. I know several people that were fired or quit due to bad owner behaviors. DON'T GIVE BUY 2 STORES YOUR BUSINESS AROUND THIS AREA! THANK YOU

I’d give it negative stars if I could. Woman working was surly, told me to pump my own gas. Pumps wouldn’t work, said I had to see attendant. I had seen enough of the attendant, so I drove off
