Chipotle Mexican Grill

After going to 2 other chipotle’s before this and being unable to order due to complications I dropped by this one for a final ditch effort to get something to eat. It was right before closing and this wonderful lady named Sonya took my order as they were cleaning up. She was so nice and I am very grateful for what she did for me. She deserves a raise, she was such a wonderful person!

The food is awesome, customer service is amazing. Sonia the manager is super great. I could eat here everyday.

Stopped in today.. The service was fast, smooth and efficient. And the food was exactly what I expect from a Chipotle. Consistency. Will be back!

This is my favorite chipotle store! The food is always on point, the seasoning is great and ingredients are always fresh. I’ve been to about 20 different chipotle stores over the years and I go out of my way to go to this location. I go here pretty much everyday, I’m even guilty of going twice in one day. The staff is great and the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. Special shout-out to Manuela for going above and beyond expectations.

This employee named Jeff went out of his way to get me something that was missing in my order and really made sure I was satisfied with my order even though they were about to close ! Great staff !!

I came to get Chipotle today around 4:00pm and it is really amazing not only the food but the crew. You notice the difference with other Chipotle locations. How a simple Great Customer service makes a total different experience.

It is a shame they don't accept tips in cards because not everyone have cash on them and you can't give them what they deserve.

Good service with the exception of missing items from orders occasionally. Staff is usually helpful if you follow up about the issues, however. Besides that, clean branch with good portions.

Teterboro Chipotle is on right now.. they are literally knocking it out of the ballpark. Just check the lines. Fresh, plentiful and healthy. I had the new chicken Asado. Just the right amount of kick. The food was so in demand inside the store that, what seemed like 20 staff behind the counter, could not seem to keep up. They all looked so overwhelmed....A real testament to the quality and service they are putting out....bless 'em. Now I've had Chipotle before, but the experience was always like...meh!!!. This time they actually impressed a foodie like me

The staff here were literally the nicest chipotle workers I’ve ever met and I go to various chipotle’s very often. Such great customer service that I’m here writing a review and I never do this.

Best Tortillas !!!!

I've visited this Chipotle many times before - back when my daughter attended Paramus Catholic high school - she graduated in 2019 so I hadn't been for a while - let alone during the pandemic. Can't go wrong with sofrito burrito with guacamole. They had some new drinks that were excellent too. A vegan fast food place that always comes thru!

Big chipotle fan, been to many many in different states and cities. I have to say this one was one of the cleanest, freshest ones I’ve been too. Staff was very welcoming, portions were generous and service was quick. Brings back memories of chipotle from the early days when they first opened 👍🏽

First time eating at the restaurant, me and my son went as they were opening 10:45am. It was quiet,clean, no wait at all lol although it fid get crowded towards 11:30. A bit of a wait but not too long. Good price for the amount of food we ordered.

Nice personnel, great service, my wife lost her bag and purse with money and all the personal information and credit cards at the restaurant in Paramus RT4 location. It was returned next day, stuff untouched. Good people at the restaurant. Thank you.

System was down, great staff asked me to order online, then created masterpieces and went home very happy !! Great Job by all during a dinner rush !! See you again soon as always !!

Best Borscht in NYC! Nice ambience, great food. We loved every single dish we ordered. Borscht was our favorite! We'll be back soon with some friends. They have to try it.

I was so happy finally going into a chipotle when I was younger…the fast food experience is so monotone and salty and chipotle is a little salty nowadays but it’s still quality food and I hope everyone feels that way when they bite into they first burrito
