Firehouse Subs Gateway Mall

Very good sandwich's. This place is a step up from many other sandwich stops. The flavor that comes out of the cooked/sauteed meat mixed with the toppings you choose from is wonderful. A place I will be sure to visit again.

Firehouse Subs was delivered to my crew and I on a wild-land fire and oh my God was it ever spectacular! Absolutely perfect in every fresh and protein packed way possible, highly recommended!!

Toasted just right(i ask for extra toasty), staff is efficient with time, just wish there were more around town. Never disappoints.

They make decent sized subs here, if you don't have an enormous appetite you could probably split this with someone else. Precautionary note however, I ordered the hero sub with extra pepper ranch dressing and it was way too much in the sauce department. Stick to what they have figured out for the sauces. I like being able to add on the extra veggies for no extra cost. Good Italian sub too. I ordered online and noticed they had more chip options inside so keep an eye out for that, I'm sure they'd let you swap them out.

First time at "Firehouse Subs" The subs are awesome. Had a Turkey BaconRanch. The staff is very nice. They also had brewed tea, I love ice tea.

Bought the turkey/ham, or hook & ladder sub (5stars), husband got the corned beef brisket & pastrami, or New York Steamer sub, (he gave 5stars), we tried the mac & cheese (5stars), chili (husband gave 5stars) and potato soup the only two star thing on the menu. But what really blew me away was the phenomenal service. My husband eats here regularly and this was my first time. The gentleman behind the counter, who my husband said is there every time he's been, just went above and beyond in every respect to make sure everything was perfect. Truly the best service I've ever seen from a chain. I also love that they give proceeds to the local fire & ems. I'll definitely be returning and trying more menu items in the very near future.

I am a business owner and have been in customer service for 30 years. Richard, the GM, took the time to help my son figure out how to use the Coca Cola Freestyle and was very frank about the wait, due to the lunch crowd. I have had these sandwiches twice and liked them. But the customer service is what sets this place apart.

I ordered on their website and when I went to pickup the order it took longer and when I took the bag home the cookies I paid for where missing. Next time I went here they gave me free cookies to make up for it, and Karen reached out! Yummy subs and great people.

I decided to purchase from Firehouse Subs after they were highly recommend from lots of people and they did not disappoint. I ordered 4 deluxe sub platters and 1/2 of a gluten free platter. All the sandwiches were filled with delicious fillings and each individually wrapped. The workers at Firehouse Subs did an amazing job of making sure that I was happy with my order and that it was ready when we needed it to be. Thank you Rich for texting, calling and organizing my order. Thank you to Ryan for calling me the day of and confirming my order requests, then quickly and efficiently correcting a slight mishap. All the items we were told would be there, were there. Nothing was missing. Everyone at our event was fed delicious sandwiches and I hope that provides you 60+ more customers who speak about how delicious your sandwiches are! Thank you, thank, thank you for everything your team did!!

Great service, very nice people, and good quality great tasting food for an even better price. Small mishap on my order but they were very accommodating about it. No complaints at all, and will definitely be back for more!

I love Firehouse subs. I have never had a bad sandwich from one of these shops. Try the Jerk chicken. It's not too spicy and tastes great. Nice staff.

I LOVE this place. If I HAVE to settle for fast food,( because for some reason my boyfriend likes it), I always suggest Five Guys. I can put up with Carl’s Jr., but my go to is Five Guys.
The food is always cooked to order, so it’s fresh and hot. I’ve never gotten an incorrect order. The helpings of fries are huge. The meat is of a very high quality. The texture is true to real meat.
I talked to an employee about how small the back of the house is and found out they don’t have coolers. That’s because they get their food fresh every day and process it daily. That’s AWESOME!

great sandwiches and chili. I'd recommend ordering the smaller version than you think you can eat. Each of our meals had loads of toppings!

I am so impressed. This is my first time trying this place and it will definitely not be the last! The guest service was amazing. I will never go to subway again. Food tasted so fresh and SO good.

This place blows Subway out of the water! They're a little more expensive, but the difference in quality is more than worth the extra dough. Almost every time that I have been there, the owner has been working, which speaks volumes to my role as consumer. He is very nice and always happy to accommodate any reasonable request. Their Engineer is my sub of choice.

Food was as pictured and tasted fresh. Of all 6 sandwiches I've had from there, they're all so amazing! Definately one of our family favorites!

First time eating here and I got the new meatball pepperoni sub and it was probably the best I have ever had. Plenty of marinara and cheese and on garlic bread type sub roll. Best $10 spent on a sandwich Hands down.

Today sandwich came exactly as expected, tasty and on point. The two women working today were great and customer friendly.
