I have has clogged gutters for several years. They came out and spent a great deal of time cleaning the gutters and detaching the down spouts to clear them of debris. They did an excellent job and their were no up charges due to the extra work. Paid electronically and was extremely easy.

I was looking for a plumber to install a plaster trap under my sink, which is a necessity for a dental office. Did some research and came across with Even Flow. Made the appointment with the owner, Jeff, and I'm glad I did. He asked me to send him some cell phone photos of the area to be worked on, so he can know what he was up against.
Jeff and his assistant came several minutes early of the scheduled appointment time. Very nice guys. They did the job in an expedient manner, cleaned everything up like nothing was touched, and the price for the work was very fair. Very high tech also...signed the work order on his tablet and he emailed the invoice to my email. Nice! Very pleased with his work. Highly recommend Even Flow.

Before I get into the nitty gritty, let me cut through the chase: Jeff is one of the most knowledgeable, professional, by the book, honest, and truly exceptional people in this field I’ve had the luck to meet. I know it sounds like hyperbole, but of all the contractors I got estimates for my spitting radiators, he was the only one to take the time to fully inspect not just the radiators but also the boiler and map put the pipe layout in the house.
I’m a first time homeowner who moved in to find his new home leaking, flooding, and his chimney collapsing all at the same time. My nerves were frayed and I panicked as all my emergency savings went up in smoke. On top of that, the very real fear of looming winter, zero steam heat experience, malfunctioning heat and a 19 year old boiler...I was terrified.
I met with several contractors who tried to sell me everything from new pipes to new radiators without ever looking at the boiler. Jeff cleaned out the boiler, explaining to me how it works, how to maintain it, and how to take care of it to prolong its life. He made sure to even verify that there were no internal cracks and that the damage it had was bearable. I even caught him looking at schematics of the thing.
But more importantly, he was patient with me, answered all my questions, was honest, and didn’t take advantage of my desperate position. He even made sure we did stress tests to confirm we could handle winter and replaced the radiator parts that needed replacing.
Then he followed up with me with tips and with things he noticed that I should watch out for from my neighbor’s place. Because he’s THAT observant.
No shadiness, everything above board and with permits and up to code, accepts card and has financing...and he cares. He truly cares about his clients.
Again, I can’t recommend him enough. I had to wade through shady guys trying to scare me while vulnerable. Don’t bother wasting your time like that. You don’t find guys like this anymore and I can’t emphasize how lucky I am to have found him when I did.

We chose Even Flow to manage our large renovation spanning 3 floors of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. They managed all levels of construction, from rough plumbing to the final touches of tiling/painting.

Their expertise and attention to detail make them stand above your average contractor. Paul Bischoff and Jeff Helton have given us a beautiful home we can be proud of, and have provided quality service and professionalism above any other.

Did an excellent job on multiple occasions. Came on a very hot summer night where our AC went out and fixed the system. Was professional, kind and beyond fair. I couldn't recommend anymore.
