Was feeling intimated and overwhelmed by purchasing my first mattress. Bradley made this an easy and swift process with a great Memorial Day deal and the mattress was delivered over the weekend. Antonio with the delivery team was awesome as well!

We went into Mattress Firm during their Memorial Day sale and there was only one salesperson. She was really busy but maintained contact with each customer. She was incredibly efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and never let you feel like she was overwhelmed. We found a great deal on a very good mattress and adjustable frame. It hasn’t been delivered yet so I can’t speak to the mattress but Sarah was awesome.

I had a wonderful experience with sales professional, Sarah. She was very patient and very informative! She gave valuable assistance picking out a mattress and an electric base! Thank you Sarah! Now I will wait for the delivery!

This was my first time buying a mattress that wasn’t from Costco. I went in with questions on a specific type of beautyrest that they didn’t sell there. The bed I wanted has reviews about how they’re not made like they used to be and the place that I was going to buy it from was not going to accept returns and so I decided to test out a few of the mattresses at mattress firm.
Lexus was beyond helpful. She spent so much time with me that night as well as when I went back the next day make sure I still liked the same ones. My husband was going out of town so I was going to wait until he got back so he could test them but in the end he said to get whatever I wanted so I went back the next day and finalized everything.
Lexus was patient and knowledgeable and listened to what I needed and helped point me in the direction of a bed that I would love. But wasn’t completely out of my price range. My husband and I want very different things in a mattress so we found one that was firm but plush to the touch. It has only been a few nights, so I cannot speak to if the mattress will in fact be perfect but so far it seems to be okay. I do prefer softer and so I’m giving it some time to break in but my husband loves it. The fact that I have 120 nights to change my mind is such a relief when making an important purchase. I also was able to add on an adjustable base at a discount which is my favorite part so far.
I am so happy I came here and so happy I worked with Lexus. She was just so patient and kind and helpful with my toddler while I was testing out the mattresses. I came in there so upset and stressed out about my current mattress and the pain. I wake up in between my mattress and having a new baby that doesn’t sleep through the night. She listened to way too many of my personal issues but did her best to help solve them.
She really broke down everything during the purchase and made sure there was no hidden fees or fine print that I might not have noticed. She wrote down everything and told me how to get every rebate that I qualified for and gave me some coupons for future purchases. The delivery was also very quick and easy they came right on time. They gave a 10 minute heads up before they arrived and they came two days after I ordered my items. So it’s been a 10/10 experience. I hope to not have to exchange it and that I made the right decision the first time but if I do I hope that process is just as easy.

Great experience with Sarah today . Bought second bed here both times it was fast and easy financing and I was out the door in under an hour with a new bed and free frame! Going back tomorrow for one for the other room. The financing options are so easy and fast. Last time I was here I had bad credit and got approved for a 1400 line of credit with the option to pay over 6_12 months. This time my credit was better and got 4500 credit. Can't recommend enough. Plus u get free adjustable bed frame with purchase! What! The one I was looking at from another store was over 2k and it was free here! Plus free delivery. I didn't use that cus I took the bed home myself but for our next one we sure will take advantage of it. Go see Sarah, she will hook u up with a great bed great deal plus she's just super sweet.

Friendly, knowledgeable salesperson helped us find a comfortable mattress within our budget. She clearly explained the set-up procedure and return policies.

The store is clean and well laid out. We were greeted by Bradly and pointed in the right direction. There was no pressure to buy. He was very helpful and answered any questions we had. He gave us a quote on the bed we were interested in and also was available on the phone to answer any followup questions we had. It was a better experience than I expected.

We had previously bought a mattress for our travel trailer from Lexus, the salesperson at the Mattress Firm stores on Gateway in Springfield, Or. she was very helpful then so when we were ready to upgrade our home bed we returned and were delighted that she was still working there. Both times she found what we wanted for the best possible price. We don’t have our mattress set yet, so I do hope we like it but she was a great sales person not pushy very helpful.

It was fast the Lexus was very helpful and showed us a few bad within are budget and tried to get us the best deal I will definitely be back if I need any mattresses
