Great experience! They stopped by the same day to check our old water heater’s small leak. Ended up needing to replace it (as anticipated), and they were able to do it the very next day. It was huge and in an awkward spot, so 2 extra guys came to help the first 2 move the tanks out/in. They were all nice guys, focused but still personable. Hopefully we won’t have anymore plumbing issues for awhile, but when we do, we’ll be calling Schaaf again.

I used Schaaf services over the last three years for different reasons. The level of professionalism is outstanding at all levels. The expertise in planning and executing jobs, with over 30 years of experience, has no flaws and their attitude, no job is too small or too big, give them flexibility. They are punctual and react promptly to emergencies. Jo, the head of the company, is always on the front line when needed, personally taking care of and solving issues that may arise. Whether you want to build or repair your home heating or A/C or do scheduled maintenance, I highly recommend their services.

Joe from Schaaf came out to replace my ancient water heater. He was polite, perfectly on time, very communicative and answered all the questions I had. Joe Hroncich did amazing work of fixing a complex situation with root causing the incorrect hot water pipes connection installed by a prior contractor. Joe root caused the problem, changed cartrage and couplings, all for amazing value compared to the most of the plumbers in the area. They’re incredible. They work is reasonable. They work is hardship and heavy and on top of that. They understand what they do. They understand the value of their costumers. They take the time to listen to you. And explain the situation. They work very hard. For those that have issues. Special on winter. Like Robert he is a great guy. He works six days a week. And his boss will call him to do a job when it’s late and he stays late to work.
Let me tell you about one person is the best Robert. Robert came to my place he fixed my faucet,toilet,my shower 🚿 head. He understood me well.

We bought a new refrigerator and needed a line run to it for the ice maker. We contacted Schaaf and they gave us the best price and we’re able to work around our schedule. I woke up one morning to a disaster and was able to contact Schaaf for an emergency. They came quickly and was able to resolve my house trap being clogged and mostly useless. They corrected the issue within an hour and a half of arrival. They were professional and left their workspace clean as they could. We had an expansion tank leak a few months ago. They came on emergency the same day within an hour of calling them. Like a week later we called them back for our in laws who needed their hot water tanks serviced which ended up being replaced. They repaired and replaced all items effectively plus charged a fair price for all. We recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The price was very competive. I chose Schaaf plumbing because of thieir many years in the business and their extensive list of services.
The work schedule was set up to begin right away. The crew came first thing next Monday morning and worked from 9:00-5:00 . Three days later the work was completed. The crew was efficient, friendly,
Respectful of my property and left each day after cleaning up their work area. Jimmy came a few days later and inspected and tested the system.

Our older gas furnace stopped working. We called Schaaf and they were available same day, which was amazing. Super sweet receptionist, squeezed us in for an appointment. Super professional and modern with texting when they were en route and arrival. They fixed it after 2 visits and we were okay with it. After services performed, there was a prompt online email billing and receipt. Schaaf really takes the standard process and takes it to the next level with technology. I usually don't review on Google however they are awesome! I had a plumbing issue and it was an emergency situation. They came to our location on the same day and diagnose the problem then back to the next day morning they solved all the crazy things. Thank you so much for your great work! Highly recommended!
