New management is super helpful and friendly. Brand new staff, great clean lot, amazing vacuums, and absolutely love the detail center with towels and bottles to clean the inside of my car!!

Super friendly staff and the only place I found near Charlestown IN that has free towels for wiping and air guns for blowing all the dirt stuck everywhere. I would suggest an auto floor mat cleaner and baskets at each station to put the used towels and window cleaner bottles. I’m sure those will ‘walk’ away with many customers who either forget to return to the Detail Center or don’t want to make the short walk to drop off. You’ll be very satisfied with each visit😉

It's a fareley new carwash so it's still clean. I hope it stays that way. The drive thru lanes are kinda narrow. I have to take my time in a Ram 1500. The car tag scanner is super fast.
The staff members are really friendly and engaging.
They have a station equipped with cleaning rags and spray so the inside of your car matches the outside.
The vacuum cleaner "can suck a golf ball through a garden hose".
I recently switched from Zips and glad I did.

I pulled up to get my car washed and a nice young handsome black man named Jeremy assisted me helped me get the out side spic and span as well as the inside I don't think thecar was that clean when I bought it ho estly the man did me a huge favor he was very helpful, hard working, had good customer service skills from what I saw and got the job done. Thank u Jeremy for all ur help today we need more like u these days, u will forever have my business and I hope ur working the next time I stop in. thanks have a blessed day

Always gets my car cleaned. Only issue I have ever had was a vacuum hose that was broke and didn’t meet my needs but other than that. It’s a great place.

First time at this new car wash and love that they have free vacuums of course but also a complimentary detail station including sprays and towels! This may be my new car wash!!

Definitely by far the best car wash in the area. Technology to protect my soft top and backed by Armor All. Leaves my Bronco glowing after each visit.

I love Take 5 car wash! We pay a monthly fee and wash our car as often as we want! Take 5 gets our exceptionally clean, and they offer towels, window cleaner, and dash cleaner! I highly recommend them!!

Staff is very friendly , they keep the parking lot clean, and the wash is absolutely amazing. Barley Any water was left on my car the dryers are great! Asked for rags and spray then was told they had no clean ones or a way to get chemicals to us because they are waiting on contractors to come put in lines and hook things up. So I understood. Very good vaccumes the best I've seen at any wash! The prices are amazing for the quality .

The employees were very friendly and efficient. I did their promotional free car wash, used their free, strong vacuums with two different nozzles, free towels, and cleaning sprays (which was a real plus.) The car wash was really good. It didn’t quite get all the squished bugs off but took care of the whole car otherwise. I would go back!

Great first experience here! The basic carwash is $10 however, it's a much better wash than the splash & dash I usually do elsewhere for $5. Adding tire shine is $6 however, I will say that even though I didn't add it, my tires looked clean and shiny. They have both glass cleaner and interior cleaner which has a great smell actually. Def will come back here.

This car wash is the BEST!!! Not only is everyone incredibly helpful but, full of smiling faces. Rocky went out of his way to steam wash my rubber mats for me. They were shining like new. Also, Jordan is very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me pick the right wash and showed me where all the free cleaning products are kept. There is no better car wash in the city and I will continue to come and refer my friends and neighbors!!! Way to go team “Take 5”

Staff is always friendly. The Jeffersonville manager keeps his location top knotch. Super clean facility. Definitely reccomend

Great car wash, much better than the other local car washes it actually gets your car clean and I have no idea how their tire shine stays on so long but it really is nice. The most important feature for me is the membership tags actually scan flawlessly it’s so easy to run through real quick
