I have been going to this dentist since 2003! Honestly, the only dentist i trust. He always did a great job, affordable, they give you payment plans, always tries to work with your budget and schedule and never did he try to do work that wasn’t necessary. While others will easily rip you off. I had crowns done here and they lasted easily over 12 years without a problem. Dr. Alexander is super professional and i feel like family when i come here. I bring my family and recommend him to all my friends. What i like most about him, is that he cares, i had a big problem that needed surgery and he was always monitoring my condition and followed up. I really don’t understand the other reviews that complain! He really is one of the best. And now that i think of it, i am due for a visit 😁. They have been in business for a long time for a reason, also the staff is been the same which shows a lot to me.

Dr. Alexander Tolstunov had been my dentist for more then 15 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, honest and truly exceptional.
Amazing staff, they will do anything and everything to get you the best help.

Went for cleaning and gum problem.
Dr Tolstunov is retired.
Dr Aziz appears kind when introduces himself but is just a face, and his words are expensive. I felt rushed, dismissed and unimportant.
I work in the medical field and I always treat my patients with kindness but also make SURE patients are HEARD, and they don't leave the clinic feeling dumb because they were worried about their health or wanted to get more info about their "condition"
The Dentist Assistant girl was stamping her feet because I was asking more questions and looking at the doctor, very UNPROFESSIONAL.
I paid cash for the visit I felt like I was treated like it was a FREE service, being rushed and treated like I am annoying.

Very unprofessional beware! I was dealing with a dental emergency, I called and spoke with the receptionist who explained she may not be able to fit me in, she then said she would call me back to check her messages to gauge whether she can fit me in for an appointment. Five minutes later she calls back and explains that I can come, just come right away. I dropped everything and drove straight to office which is 30 minutes from my home in severe pain during a terrible storm. I get to the office, I call and tell her I'm outside, because of covid regulations, and she says to me, "I never spoke to you, I have four people in the waiting room" . I went on to explain to her, exactly what she said to me on the phone earlier, she then goes on to say, " I spoke to your husband and said we cannot take any emergencies" I said to her I thought you said you never spoke to me so how do you know you spoke with my husband. She began to scream at me through the phone. Keep in mind I drove 30 minutes to get there and I am in extreme pain. I cannot believe this is how a professional medical establishment is being run. Please beware of this place and their lack of professionalism, integrity, and lack of care for a human being.

I went at this place a month ago and I had a bad experience in the beginning. The receptionist wasn't behaving nicely at all. She made me wait even though there was no one waiting before me. I was waiting a lot for no reason, while the receptionist was talking on the phone with other people.

The lady who picked up the phone was so rude and unprofessional. Talking to her makes you not want to use this dentist. With service like hers is hard to see them staying in business.
