We had my mom’s repass here and it was perfect. We had about 35 people and it was a private room. From planning to getting our food everything was perfect. Wonderful staff! Lots of choices and great food. Food portions were huge! Definitely worth the money we spent.

Came for dinner with my husband Saturday night. We were surprised that there was no music and not much of a crowd; we were told by others that the bar is usually hopping and that there is music, not the restaurants fault, but disappointing atmosphere. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I had the fried fish platter and my husband had the ribs, the portions were big and full of flavor. Our waiter was a sweet older gentleman, he was very kind!

This place has withstood the test of time! And for a good reason!
I've been coming here for at least two decades, and their dishes have always been delicious, and several of them have even have gotten better, which is a practice that MOST restaurants never bother to do!
You won't be disappointed here. You will enjoy your dish! And order yourself a drink to accompany it!
In my opinion, their chicken fingers are the best I've tasted in my lifetime...
(Why this place doesn't have 5 stars, is beyond me?!)

Been here a few times over the past few months. Food and service are always excellent, the decor is a bit dated and worn, just adds to the charm..

This place is famous for their Roast Beef, and I have had the French Dip platter twice now, its really good! Portions are big, meat is prepared perfectly, au jus adds to the juiciness! Seafood apps are also surprisingly well made, mussels are served a few different ways, as are the steamers. Very fresh and tasty!

We go here on Sundays for football, the cocktails are always prepared properly, I like their spin on the Moscow Mule, probably the best in the area..

Not the prettiest place though, but always have great times there with great food, drinks and service!

My absolute favorite restaurant. I dine here at least once a week. The freshest seafood, great sandwiches, and awesome specials. Friendly staff and wonderful owners. Football special are great at the bar and fun bands every weekend. Basically it's like a second home. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!!
Update to my previous post...
Friday 12/21/18 I had the most amazing dish to date. Berkshire Pork Chop, Sauteed Mushrooms with beet stems and Roasted Butternut Squash puree.

I want to show my respect and gratitude to the this wonderful restaurant from I believe who is the owner that wanted to show me curtesy to get up to help seat me to the wonderful servers with so much kindness and allowing me to finish my food and drink though I got here late and they are now closing as I speak. But they told me no worries and finish my oysters and drink. This place also reminds me of my grandfather’s place from the nice smell of this very charm duo and characteristic restaurant. You will not be disappointed and will enjoy your time. Even watching others whom are older than me enjoy each others company at other’s tables that put a big smile on my face bc the old ways are not the same as modern days but this place still has that old way of amazing people around you. Please, visit this restaurant and experience the happiness inside my heart as I did.

We came here at the suggestion of neighbors and have wanted to check it out for years. So glad we finally did. We had such a nice time. We started with a dozen clams. Wow. Fresh like they just came out of the water. I know clams as I used to sell hundreds of bags a week to restaurants. These were better. I had the French onion soup because I always try it. Excellent. Great broth, nice toast and perfectly melted cheese. We both had the roast beef platters. It's what they are famous for and got us there. Perfectly cooked and seasoned and what a fabulous gravey with it. Go there for the roast beef and go back again to try more from the old school menu. We will. Prices are reasonable. Selection for every taste.

A nice local restaurant that with a huge sports bar. They offer a variety of menu options and open late night hours. On Saturday nights you get extra treats like live bands and dancing! And it's mostly adult crowd, 35+.

My family and I always have an excellent and comfortable experience visiting this restaurant. Our orders are always fulfilled accurately and delivered with care, and the staff is always very friendly.

I wanted to take a moment to apologize for my past behavior at the restaurant. During the past few visits, I acted inconsiderately towards one of the owners, and I realize now that my behavior wasn't appropriate. I am sorry for any discomfort I may have caused.

Thank you for providing such an enjoyable dining experience. I look forward to returning to the restaurant soon.

Very good selection of dishes here, all prepared well. The place is beautiful inside, yet quite simple outside. We were pleasantly surprised. The service is excellent. Update, the Crows Nest is closing October 24 2023. Such a disappointment. We just went there for one last time. Awful.

Went there for a company lunch. The service was fast and the server friendly, the food was good and the atmosphere all around was nice. If I'm ever in the area again I'll give them another try. A+

A local historic Irish Watering Hole that is been there for over 50 years plus. Great menu selection that will satisfy anybody's appetite. we had the sauteed mussels in white wine and garlic sauteed broccoli rabe with homemade Italian sausage can't be beat. And if you're into Burgers I've got to tell you one of the best burgers I have ever had serve with homemade hand cut french fries. Homemade desserts the apple crisp was absolutely out of this world. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody looking to have a good meal and a great time.

Salads here are perfect! I got seafood and my friends got chicken. We were all surprised at how good they were, the spinach and arugula they use are top notch and they give you a lot of the protein too, highly recommend. Trivia on Thursday nights are fun too

This restaurant that's absolutely amazing. Super huge portions of food. A friendly staff that catered to my every need. The waiter saw that I was a trucker from out of town, so he made excellent recommendations. I had calamari, clam chowder soup, king cut prome rib, onion rings, Cole slaw, and mixed veggies.
