appreciate the convenience of snacks etc here. but appreciated them even more when my key fob battery died, right before a snowstorm. they had the necessary battery, and even helped me change it since my hands were numb from cold and trying to pry the case open. they had a razor blade and screwdriver and everything. thank you so much for your help!

This is a very convenience store, organized and clean.

THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE!!!! So today I am having an issue, I accidentally threw my license away, in their outside garbage on my way to work noticed it as I’m on the George Washington Bridge, left 20 mins ago, I have called over 30 times, number listed, no one answers. I go here everyday and love it. But at the very least have a working and able phone.

It was clean and the coffee was good.

Its a 7 11 good convienece store

Convenient location and good selection. The cooled grill items sit way too long if you get there too late in the afternoon. Late morning everything is fresh but it sits cooking all day and becomes inedible. The coffee is always great which is primarily why I come here. I prefer 7 eleven coffee over Dunkin and definitely over the very overpriced coffee at Starbucks. I’ve been coming here for years and until about two months ago I’ve never had a complaint worth bringing up. But recently I stopped in to buy the news paper. I always use Apple Pay every time I go. This time I was told I have to pay cash or at least buy any one item if I wanted to use my debit card linked to my Apple Pay. I understand that it costs merchants money to run a credit card but it’s such a small amount and I am a very regular customer they should let me use my card. I put up a little bit of a fight and they let me use my card. I think it’s ok and understandable that retailers have minimum purchases to use a card but I spend several hundreds of dollars a year at this store and they know it. I’ve been there at least 50 times since this happened and never had a problem. A few days ago I went in to buy a coffee and use my debit card with Apple Pay like always. I was told if I’m just buying a coffee I have to pay cash. I simply said “no I’m using my debit card and she let me. If this continues I’ll go elsewhere. There’s a 7 eleven close by no matter where I go so this wouldn’t be an issue for me. Got it together 7-Eleven of Hackensack or you will lose your loyal customer base.

Store is hit or miss I go in bright and early sometimes coffee is fresh sometimes it's hours and hours old. Early morning associate is always on his cell phone talking in a foreign language.

Always having problems when scanning phone reward does not always register for a while no problem at other 7-11 stores
